Sosorai Ozowai

Sosorai Ozowai The Mystic Knight of Sharlayan About
At a rather tall three fulms, Sosorai has always loomed over his fellow Lalafellan man. He appears rather young for his age, mostly due to a lack of facial hair, which Ozowai has always found to be agitating and in the way. Sosorai keeps his sandy hair tied off behind him, so as not to interfere with his work, but claims he likes the feeling of it flowing around him when relaxing. His face holds a speckled look to it, and his nose is darkened slightly, a trait passed along from his family. Scars & Markings: Though Sosorai carries no scars, he does behold to a pair of mismatched eyes--one of which was sacrificed in order to further his magicks. The eye in question is blue, compared to his original green. Voice: In spite of his diminutive size, Sosorai Ozowai's voice is particularly deep, and carries quite a distance whether he means it to or not. This has a great deal to do with years of working alongside much larger races than his own, and having to speak up due to the height difference. Clothing: Typically, Ozowai can be seen donning red robes and a bright red helm of the "Onion" style, mimicking an ancient set lost during the collapse of the Allagan Empire. He wear simple black boots and black gloves to complete the piece. When not out on the prowl, Soso's attire is much more simplistic, consisting of a plain cotton shirt and a set of pants with plain shoes. TLDR; Timid, Gentleman, Study, Frightened but brave Sosorai is what many might consider a lovable coward. A scholar and student before the events of the Isle of Val's destruction, Ozowai seemed content to live his life in his books and with his wife. A sweet-hearted man in nature, he found violence and fighting to be a last-resort option, even in his normal routines. Osowai is a respectful lad, willing to go well out of his way to be polite and approachable to people as best he can. When things get tough however, he is quick to back down, and slow to recover his usually level-headed nature. Sosorai prefers peace and quiet, and so claims that the heat of the moment is not a place for someone like him. Because of this, most are quick to dismiss him, and easily overlook his efforts in most of his work, considering him a fool unable to perform under pressure and is therefore useless. However, in spite of his refraining from violence, and meekness to go into battle, if there is a due cause to do so, Sosorai is willing to forgo his instincts and put his efforts into fighting. He may shake in his boots when he approaches his foes or a challenge he has yet to face, but once he gets close and comfortable, little can shake him out of his determination. The Sharlayan is willing to do whatever it takes to help the innocent, the needy, or those who can't defend themselves, eager to put aside his own desires and safety in order to accomplish what he considers the common good. He is a cowardly lion at heart...and also seems to have horrendous luck, being the butt-monkey of nearly every practical joke or unfortunate event that gets hurled his way. It's never led to serious injury...quite yet.
