Tiny, airy giggles constantly float through the air wherever she goes, almost as if that's just how she breathes. Nothing short of playful curls at the corners of her bright blue lips leave her face as she goes about her days doing whatever it is she does best. The tiny Raen is dimwitted and speaks like a spoiled rich girl but when the moment calls for it, she at least tries to think what she's saying first before letting it out since not doing so has caused her more trouble than she'd like to admit. Most of her intentions are strictly selfish however, upon moving to Eorzea, she began caring for the people around her now that she's on her own and realizes that in order to live, she needs to work with others to survive.
Her demeanor is much more relaxed around men and a lot more closed toward women due to life at home but she knows that not everyone is the same regardless of what they are. In large crowds, her bright personality shrinks into a timid wallflower, never really knowing how to act around large volumes of people.
She has a knack for getting herself into situations that would cause harm for her, almost unconsciously seeking out ways to inflict pain upon herself. Whether it be provoking someone into thrashing her about or "accidentally" pricking her fingers with a needle, the sharp sensation makes her blood rush and her head spin with glee.

From the top, her hair is orange-rooted and gold-tipped, shaping her face to a heart and flowing down to her lower back as straight as can be. She likes wearing light blue eye shadow with heavy black mascara to compliment the glow of her eyes. To carry the theme of blue, her large lips are painted in the same sky shade. Having a friend who collects all sorts of fragrances has her sporting the scent of peach blossoms wherever she goes.
She has a very short and lithe frame and extremely pale skin. A single night of hardly any sleepy will leave noticeable dark circles under her eyes and the color even more drained from her face. If struck, her skin will bruise easily though that wouldn't be something she's all too ashamed of.
Scars & Markings: A very faint, light pink hand shape over her left shoulder from being burned.
Voice: High and squeaky. Even when in a sour mood, her voice is still singing to the heavens and shattering glass along the way.
Clothing: Soft dresses and skirts are her go-tos. As long as it shows of her legs, she'll wear it. While she doesn't like to wear pants, she'll settle for tights since it's almost like wearing nothing.

Knowing all there is to know about his daughter, even the secrets she tries to keep from him, he still accepts and love her unconditionally. The night she left, he provided her with enough funds to hold her own, not knowing when he'd ever see her again.
While Hisa loves her daughter, the continuous shaming May brought on their family has her treat the girl with nothing but disrespect. At every turn, she condescends and scolds purely out of frustration and disappointment feeling that her only daughter in a complete failure.
Beaten and abused in their first meeting (entirely her fault and could have been easily avoided), she's been unhealthily obsessed with this much older man. To her utter happiness, he finally seems to see her as a person which has her changing who she is to be even more presentable.
