Standing at a respectable 5'7", he's on the taller side where Miqo'te are concerned, with pale brown skin colored by the blue undertones that Keepers of the Moon are known for. He's thin and lean, with a runner's legs and a sleek, black-furred tail. Blades of ears stand from a wavy mop of carefully styled loose curls, and the strong line of his jaw and sharp edge of his chin give him a decidedly masculine face. The bright hues of his eyes stand as a stark contrast to his otherwise shadow-toned figure.
Scars & Markings: Traditional Keeper warpaint. Modernized by use of aether-conducting inks, he sports varying sigils on his body and marks his face in keeping with the customs of his people.
Voice: Sharlayan propriety, haughty indifference, and clear, modulated tones. It has a broad range, calculated and practiced to span from barbed, scornful admonition to soothing, honeyed praise.

In addition to the years of schooling required by Sharlayan law, Mihk'a has twelve years of college education to his advantage. With magic sciences as his major, his has a broad knowledge of the different schools of spellweaving and their potentials. While known to dabble in a bit of everything, a much of his skill is purely academic. Even so, he is a promising student of Arcanima, and is an effective practitioner of the arts of sigilism and red magic.
Those well-versed in Sharlayan theatre may find the name Mihk Epocan to be a familiar one. His mother has been a playwright in the Old World for the past twenty years. Her plays, revolving around drama, romance, suspense, and horror, have garnered both praise and the critical eye of conservatives. Her first play, The Winter's Ghost, was well received for its depth of character, but chastised for the lack of humanity displayed by the star role. Seven Hearts on a Chord was more drama than romance despite its name, with The Dastardly Schemes of Princely Turtanne being a chilling romantic drama featuring macabre comedy. The Bridge Between Heavens and Hells tells the tale of a father who rises and falls through the fourteen planes in search of his lost daughter, and is by far the most appreciated of her works.
Mihk'a has been journeying the Eorzean countryside for the past decade, spending much of his time prowling about the Shroud. His studies often lead him into such dangerous places as ancient ruins or the back alleys of Ul'dah's less than savory districts, though he proves to be just as much at home resting in the comforts of an embellished lounge.
Despite a lengthy text-focused education, he shows himself as an effective survivalist. Well prepared for a life in the wilds of the Twelveswood, he's far from squeamish when it comes to hunting and butchering his prey and has an extensive knowledge of the edible and medically useful flora of the Shroud and Orn Wilds. He shows formidable skill with a knife and is practiced in stealth and ambush tactics.

The first of Mihk'a's family to be born in the Old World, the two have only met briefly in passing. The bitter elder earned her title of Archon many decades back but lost respect in the Sharlayan community due to an unnerving interest in destructive magics.
Mihk Epocan( ♥? ) - Mother
A Shroud-born huntress that stole her way to Sharlayan alongside her firstborn. Working as a muse and playwright in the Old World, she has no intention of returning to the Twelveswood.
Raoh'a Aliapoh( ♥✔♦ ) - Father
A Sharlayan wizard who often makes rounds in the Black Shroud, Raoh'a broke Keeper tradition to see his son raised in Sharlayan rather than the clan of his birth. He is a knowledgeable scholar that specializes in seals and barriers.
The Keeper pair have been through thick and thin and have a long, tempestuous history involving many life or death situations. The many difficulties they've faced have only strengthened their bond.
An orphaned Midlander under the care of Ozhi'a and Mihk'a. He helped to see the young Hyur to kickstart his career and is not shy in showing the pride he takes in his accomplishments.
