Orphaned at a young age, she was raised by an Ishgardian man named Athrune Rhun who took her as his sister. After Athrune's premature death during the Battle of Carteneau, Leih found herself alone in the world for once in her life. Despite the situation somehow the girl remains with high spirits and always smiling. Currently she has found a 'foster father' in an Ala Mhigan man named Heidrek Warsong whom she had met during the Grindstone. Because of a presumed debt, Leih is mostly found in Thanalan where she works to pay it. In extremely rare occasions she can be found outside this zones. Leih's Inventory Last updated: 04 04th, 2016 - Steel spear: A weapon given to her by her brother Athrune. Leih learned to use it before even knowing how to properly read and was trained in combat since childhood. Despite being damaged multiple times, Leih always repairs it instead of seeking a new one. There is something crafted on the spear's shaft, though Leih never talks about it. - Athrune's ring: Her foster brother's ring, Leih knows little to nothing about the ring, other than it came from her brother's homeland of Ishgard. It was passed to her the day Athrune left for war as a sign that he would return. Athrune's death in Carteneau changed that plan and since then Leih refuses to ever part from the ring. I will always take care of you, Leih." Being the man who raised her as far as her memory goes, Leih's love for her foster brother seems to be limitless. Often mentioning him proves he is a constant thought on her mind and how hard she tries to keep the memories she has of him close. Athrune taught her to read, write and how to fight. He also fostered in her a love for the Dragoons of Ishgard, regaling her with tales of their adventures and creating games related to them. Though he did not want to leave his sister alone, the desire to protect her from anything pushed him to join the Immortal Flames and march to Carteneau in defense of the home he had tried to secure for Leih. Despite how close they were, Leih knows little about Athrune's life in Ishgard or what he did before he adopted her. He never took her there, instead preferring to raise her in Ul'dah. ♥Heidrek Warsong: Leih's 'foster father', the two met in the Grindstone and bonded over the girl's life situation. At first friends, soon the girl saw in him a father figure, one of the things she lacked. Though they are not real family, they act as if they were. Leih clearly trusts the Ala Mhigan with anything and seems to enjoy teasing him at any given chance. W'kayah ●W'kayah: A wanderer Leih met in Thanalan a bit after Athrune's death, W'kayah has been curious of her since the first time they met. The older Mi'qote often brings Leih gifts and sweets from the lands he visits, and shows a certain overprotective nature when it comes to her. In certain way, W'kayah took the role of another brother figure to the orphaned Leih and whenever he spent time with her he made sure nothing was needed. In multiple occasions he offered Leih a chance to leave Thanalan and search for a better life, but the younger Miqo'te felt the need to remain and protect the younger children in debt. Though she has not seen him in a couple of years, the Miqo'te keeps the choker necklace the wanderer and his wife gifted her. Hemin Ackerman ●Hemin Ackerman: W'kayah's wife and a sister figure to Leih. Like her husband, Hemin treated Leih as if she was family and was protective of her. She was also the one to inform Leih of the death of her brother and return to her Athrune's dagger as a memento. Leih in exchange is very fond of her and has form a sort of bond over the fact that both lost their families in the Calamity. In many occasions Hemin has tried to convince Leih to leave Ul'dah, but understands the reason why the Miqo'te stays behind. ●Kel'ari Dotharl: A man Leih is trying to trust, though Heidrek doesn't seem to. The young Miqo'te often says the Au Ra is a good man, but his fixation on violence makes it difficult to believe. Often Leih resorts to pinching his arm when he speaks of violence. Dates are included mostly for me so I can keep track of things. However, feel free to use them as references for character journals. I don't mind ERP, BUT I prefer it to make sense with the situation, not just ERP for ERP sake. I won't participate in anything of this caliber with anyone under 18 and even then I will be very uncomfortable to do it unless I have the confidence and trust with the other person. What I will NOT RP: I do any kind of RP, so long it is talked when it comes to very touchy subjects. With that said, I will NOT RP with someone who OOCly harms other RPers. I also will not tolerate any type of fictional graphic harm to children. References, past occurrences and flashbacks are okay. In present situations are not.
