General Information
It is possible that Serenity has a few spectrums on the mental illness chart. Those being: Autism, ADHD, and possible Bipolar or Borderline Personality Disorder.
Appearance
Serenity has red crimson eyes with red glowing libral rings. Her natural hair color is mint green. She has pale skin. She has a small frame body. She has scales and a tail that are black, however, her mother is Raen and because Serenity is a half-breed, the Garlean genetics turned her scales black. She does not know this and her father is clueless to the Au Ra species and how there is a difference, he thinks they are born with either black or white scales. Her tail is 4'4 inches long with ridged scutes on the base that get smaller going to the middle of the tail and the rest regular scales. She has a tiny bump in the middle of her forehead where her dead third eye/pearl is. On her forehead is a Garlean Symbol branded on it when she and her sisters was little, due to them being half-breeds the Empire wanted to humiliate them by branding them. Their Grandma branded herself so they didn't go into it alone. She has Garlean muscle hidden in her skin and not noticeable. She has a naval piercing which is of a ruby gem of sorts.

Philosophy & Ideals
She has a very sharp intuition about the feelings and desires of people, which she exploits to the fullest when dealing with her victims. She knows to get into an enemies head or anyones head is to fully observe them and their emotions to understand how to help, or how to destroy them. She cannot lie and is incapable of lying due to her fathers teachings. She looks up to her father as her only role model in her life and shares many of his ideals.

Early Life
Before Birth
FATHER (Drayconivous Malory Penumbra): Serenity's father is a male Garlean named, Drayconivous. Drayconivous was born in a family of nobility, always being professional. His mother was the lead medical officer of their legion and growing up he decided to help his mother out because she was over worked. He became her apprentice in the medical profession and even though she wanted him to do what he wanted to do, he told her it's what he feels like he should do. Drayconivous never knew his father as his mother never spoke of who he was and only mentioned that his father had beautiful red crimson eyes. Dray also had a brother who ran away from the Empire when Dray was fifteen years old. His brother is one year older and ran away not caring for the Empire and it's doctrine. His mother was so heartbroken she couldn't ever talk about him again. His brothers name was Corvus. Dray became a womanizer growing up due to the fact he wanted to know what love felt like. His mother hated how he kept going to romantic plays that happened in performance stages and what not. He started to flirt with the girls at the age of eleven and throughout growing up. He wanted to be the most romantic person in the Empire but didn't know he was going about it all wrong. His mother hated how other girls was getting his attention when he should of been with her and his training. That and she was an overly protective mother to him and thought any girl he was around wasn't worthy of him. Dray made friends with Nero tol Scaeva in the academy, along with Necro Momochi and of course, Serenity's mother, Cosmic. He had another friend who didn't really like his other friends that was named Karura. Karura obsessed about Dray and wanted him all for herself. Drayconivous was of course, a prodigy for his magitek combined with potions and medicine to create a better healing solution and kept up his research for a better future for the Garlean people with healing abilities that no mage could ever perform. However through this he did take his time to learn how to use a gunblade and secretly trying to find his brother but to no avail he never would. He would also be known as a mothers boy as he would always go to his mother for help and of course, she'd run in and help him like a mother lion protecting her cub, and with nails ready to cut a bitch. So to speak. Dray has slept with many girls and at the age of seventeen he got four girls pregnant. Umbreon and Espeon's hyur mother, Serenity's mother, Mangle's miqo'te mother, and another. When Serenity and her sisters was five years old, he would adopt Punny who was a Viera found in a cage and thus he would have five daughters total. (I didn't make a mistake when I said four mothers when I only said three... A little hint of something to come.) When Serenity was born, she was born with black scales and this indicates Garlean genetics altering the blood. Mangle has no facial markings as some Miqo'te have, Umbreon and Espeon are a bit paler than most Hyur's are. These are the slight modifications with Garlean genetics and thus Serenity thinks her mom was a Xaela when her mom is infact a Raen. Dray thought Au Ra was born with either black or white and not really understanding much of their race.
MOTHER (Cosmic Caelestibus): Serenity's mother is a female Raen named, Cosmic. She was found alone in a pasture surrounded by dead Raen. A Garlean scout on his way back to Garlemald found her covered in a strange mist of aether and it followed her body where ever he moved her. She was just one year old when he found her and crying of hunger. The scout took her with him and not knowing what sort of race she was he knew he couldn't just leave her behind to starve. He fed her and traveled along with her and after a month, he decided he would adopt her. When he reached Garlemald, the courts wanted to put her in a experiment testing chamber but the scout already signed adoption papers which gave him some power over her. Instead she would be under experimentation but would go home with him instead of in a cell. The mist that surrounded her was aether, it seemed she was a magnet for aether and extremely gifted in magics. When she was the age of five she was already making combinations of magic abilities, but most noticeably, healing abilities that was extrodinary to the Imperials. At the age of ten is when they seen she struggled to contain the aether within and outside of her and had to place a few aether absorbation devices around her neck like a collar. Her greatest feat though, was her ability to hold her hand up toward the sky at night and take aether from the stars, something astrologians could do but no instructor of any magics in the Empire she would just learn by herself, and thus could be deadly without an instructor. She enjoyed seeing the stars, and noted how she loved the feel of the aether of space and how it was different, like her. Thus she felt it to be beautiful. At the age of thirteen she attended the academy and during this time she met Drayconivous, one day she and him ran into one another by accident in the library and the two engaged in conversation. They became good friends that day, and she found him as a womanizer yes, but also found him as a good souled boy and decided to stick beside him. She made friends with Necro and Nero who knows Drayconivous and everyone in the Academy says she was the most kindest person in the Empire. She had a sweet heart and even toward instructors that critized her for what she was, she kept a positive attitude. One day, Dray witnessed her power when he followed her out of the empire, wondering where she was going and if she was okay. He witnessed at night her aether explode into the rocks, the trees, the sky. She was venting out as much aether as she could and absorbed new aether from her surroundings. He came out of hiding as he watched her and at first she was embarrassed he found her doing that, he didn't see it as wrong but amazing. She explained how she was an experiment to the Empire but her father kept the courts happy even though the courts wanted her in a cell. She knew nothing of what her species was and thought of herself as something either as a mistake or unique. Dray told her she wasn't a mistake and accidently called her an angel. His words made her fall in love with him and even though she knew he was a womanizer, she felt pure love for him and he did as well.
Serenity's mother raised all four girls for three months after they was born, Mangle's mother was to be exacuted and two minutes before she was, she handed Mangle to Serenity's mother and begged her to watch over her. Umbreon and Espeon's mother was killed a year later but didn't want them and back then gave them to Dray and her mother a day after Mangle's mom was killed. For three months, she was their mother no matter who their real birth parent was. Her and Drayconivous was inlove and wanted to start a family. At night he would notice her use her aether to heal the girls if they needed it or not and using her aether to make them feel good, this pleased him but also made him curious to why. This would change three months after Serenity's birth...
The war to take Ala Mhigo began and Drayconivous and a few others from the legion was sent to Ala Mhigo. Serenity's mother went to visit her adopted father and learned that he was going to be arrested for harboring prisoners of war and feeding them. He told her quickly about her aether being at dangerous levels and unusual to why aether concentrated on her. She begged him to come with her but he would have none of it and told her to stay with Dray and keep the kids safe. They heard voices outside and noticed a division approaching to arrest him. She went out the back way and before she ran off she stayed back to see from behind some crates to what would happen. She seen her father argue with a high authority of the prison ward and during the arguement her father was shoved to the ground and shot with bullets. This made her mother go into a fury and for the first time of her kind gentle life, she became a demon. Her aether and magic ripped apart the division and the man who killed her father and out of blind rage the aether damaged buildings and ground. This aether was extrodinary and unusual indeed, yet the time in the aether deepens. As the saying goes. She made it back to Dray's mother's mansion and spoke to Malory and told her what she did and told her she had to leave the empire, she had to leave and never come back as she knows someone had to have seen her and she'd be hunted down for treason. Malory told her she would lie and tell the authorities she never seen her. Before Cosmic left, she kissed the babies goodbye and especially Serenity. She gave Serenity a build up of aether to keep in her and promised Serenity that wherever she was, she would always pray over her safety and be proud of her. After a tearful goodbye she left on chocobo, but knew she had to say goodbye to one more person. Drayconivous was nearby Ala Mhigo overlooking what the Empire was doing. He was shocked to see flames and smoke everywhere and stared in awe. He was having a near PTSD moment until he heard Cosmic's voice shouting nearby. He seen her riding toward him and got off the chocbo hugging him. She told him what happened and told him she was leaving. He wanted to join her but she demanded that he stayed in the empire or he and their children would be hunted down. She knew the empire would find only her and not them and told him to stay. He and her cried holding one another for fifteen minutes, confessing their love to one another in the process. Behind them was Ala Mhigo in flames and she asked him who he fought for. His answer was to fight for his family and especially his daughters. She gave him a final kiss and got onto her chocobo and left toward the west. She was never seen again.
After the war to take Ala Mhigo, Dray returned home and held and kissed his children crying and promised them that he would protect them with his life. He loved them all equally but truthfully he loved Serenity a bit more, because she is the daughter of the woman he deeply is still in love with, Cosmic. Secretly, her mother has been living in the New World. Far west across the ocean from Limsa Lominsa. She lives amongst the hyur tribes and learning unusual aether abilities, but one thing is for certain, her aether abilities are connected to the stars and space, yet not an astrologian but something else. She can see them with her power, she can see almost everything which is a psychic trait. (She is the most powerful character of my characters. An example to one of her powers, Meteor Shower. I think you know what that could be.)
