General Information

Valentina is a Noykin beast breaker who left the Steppe as an adult and had to learn about Eorzean life in the Black Shroud. She leads a rag-tag group called the Realms Returners, who she sees as a loosely associated family.

She is located on the Mateus server.

Appearance

Valentina is on the tall end for a female Xaela, just a little over 5'9". She has white hair that hangs past her shoulders, usually tied back in a braid or at least swept behind her horns. She has a thicker build than her in game model suggests as she spends her free time doing what all Au Ra of her tribe do; tame big scary monsters. She’s not waifish at all. She has a sizable bust and hips, with strong legs.

Personality

Val is outgoing and friendly, a bit wise beyond her years. She tends to mother people around her who don't need it and is generally friendly looking. She is a patient and competent leader, usually carrying sweets to bribe the others to behave. When sweets don’t work, she has a pretty firm tone and a good whacking stick.

She has a stable of animals at her disposal who serve her as guards and mounts. It is best not to forget she is Noykin, and thus unafraid of any beast or man, capable of breaking both if given 'but a week.'

Mannerisms

While she has her more wild moments, she is generally fairly reserved with her emotions. She is slow to assume bad intent of those she meets, but growing up in the Steppe has left her careful and with a good danger sense. She has become a bit bleeding-heart since beginning her training in the Black Shroud, a trait she picked up from her mentor.

While she is patient with most people she meets, she does not suffer fools lightly. Any who make an attempt to take advantage of her kindness soon find themselves with her ire.

Philosophy & Ideals

Val generally expects the people around her to handle their own shit, and keeps much of her ideals to herself. She doesn't get drawn into arguments about the nature of the Dawn Father or the merit of the way of life in her homeland.

To live is to fight, and those who fight should do so for those who cannot, like children and aged.
