Ahldbyrt stands tall for a Roegadyn with a commanding presence. Clad usually in the armor made in his home. His face shows lines from a war he has fought all his life and his green eyes show a focus, though they also hold a kindness. Though forged in the fires of battle, he still is tempered with generosity and fairness. The warrior stands at a full seven fulms and eleven ilms. His body is muscled, a note of pride and a mark of his stock: all the Loetstyrm men are strong. Ahld's skin is a pale color; his land so north that sunlight is a rare commodity, his people used to stormy skies as much as stormy seas.
Scars & Markings: Host to numerous scars from blades and other weapons, Ahldbyrt has spent much of his life fighting in the name of his father, which has lead to numerous duels between champions known as Holmgangs. The most vicious of these scars would be nearly his entire left arm: which is mostly healed blisters and scar when a pile of hot coals slipped and fell across his arm. All superficial, it still is something of a ghastly sight.
Clothing: Ahldbyrt stands normally in his armor, which was a gift made by the local smith of his home (shown above), but he has taken a liking to some of the Lominsan coats and leathers. He is rarely out of his armor, but there are times among friends and drinking he will forgo it to wear something a bit lighter.

A charming Keeper of the Moon that has employed Ahldbyrt. He is an exceptional kind individual, if a bit of a lecherous man. Ahldbyrt believes that he reminds the Keeper of his former love, a Sea Wolf who was lost at sea. For this, Ahldbyrt favors the man a well and counts him as a trusted friend, perhaps even a brother.
Employed at the same time Ahldbyrt was by Mrin'zi, Ahld has taken a strong liking to the man and is quite happily to protect the man. He finds the Elezen quite the skilled and kind individual and would gladly see anyone dare to cross the courtesan so that the Roegadyn can offer his own response.
Ahldbyrt has less contact with this woman, but he likes her. She favors the drink and prefers a more blunt approach, easily wearing her place in any matter for all to see. Ahld respects this and thinks the two will become fast friends.
Charming Honey is a beautiful woman who Ahldbyrt has grown much appreciation for. While she may be physically appealing, she has shown a similar interest in stories as himself. He is quite anxious to the day the two might share stories and perhaps learn more of the woman.

While Ahld has a healthy amount of respect for the woman, he also is quite pleased to fight alongside such a beauty. He had met few Hellsguard before her, but he is happy to have met her. He is very eager to spar and train with her, the techniques of the Hellsguard warriors a lesson he is excited to learn.
The brother of Ahldbyrt who fled to Eorzea after slaying Ahld and his father. Ahldbyrt adores his brother, there is no one in this world he respects more. He hunts his brother to bring him to justice, but out of love for his brother. If that means one must die to clear his name, he would give his life or take his brother's life to do so: his brother's honor meaning more to him than anything else.
Inxli was a kind Lalafell who aided in the hunt for Ahldbyrt's brother. When Thordaeg stayed at Inxli's father's shop, he became friends with Thordaeg. When Ahldbyrt came to find his brother, Inxli showed loyalty to Thordaeg, but kindness to Ahld as well. Ahld thinks very highly of the Lalafell. For one so small, he has a big heart!
Ahldbyrt has never met an Eorzean man who was so loyal and honorable. Ahld thinks more highly of Akarios than any other Eorzean, as it was Akarios who was willing to fight Ahldbyrt on Thordaeg's behalf. Few are willing to spill blood for friends among Eorzea, and Ahld admires the man ever so much.
