Jaal'ir is a handsome man and,alas, he knows it. Standing taller than most Miqo'te men, Jaal'ir was blessed with strong looks from good stock. Any can see he is a Keeper. His clan dabbled only with the most wanted of Keeper males that were sent to them. Jaal'ir might never have known his father, but it was often that he took after his looks. Strong arms and body with a face suited for the courts of Doma or Ishgard; Jaal'ir has a perchance to getting what he wants. His bright, lilac eyes mark him the blessed of Menphina and his white fur is that of the once proud color of Dalamud; a wanted Keeper trait if there was one. Among Keeper of the Moon culture, Jaal'ir is not merely attractive, but the very poster of what Keepers should be. Jaal'ir's face is guilty of the boyish charms that most Miqo'te carry, wearing them with a smile that is as dangerous as any knife. He threatens any that dare to look upon with a healthy set of pearly whites. The eyes that blessed him by The Lover are as lover's eyes as any other, usually focusing on the curves of those he talks to rather than the eyes, but when his gaze does meet yours, there is no meek or apologetic look; a more searching and appraising glance is offered. His hair is usually trimmed and kept well enough, though his time and Doma had him respect their ways enough to wear his hair in something akin to their fashion. The man wears what he thinks looks good. He views clothes as a tool, a part of the game, so he wears them to an end. His clothes are usually fine, but he has been seen to wear rough plate or cloth if the circumstances demand; the only thing he always keeps on him is that damn smile of his that he wears persistently.
Scars & Markings: Along his chest, neck, and back are scars from a briar patch he fell in as a child. The scars have never truly healed, the hook-briar patch he fell in something terrible; something infected of the void. The lines where skin gave way running unnatural veins of a dark blue. While his body rejecting them as best it can, but it seems the blessing of Menphina can only offer so much. If one were to stare, it seems that the scars even moved, though that would just be the viewer's eyes playing tricks...

While Jaal'ir might be the vision of what Keepers seek, his personality, on the other hand, leaves much to be desired. Ambitious, manipulative, calculating, and with an ego the size of Dalamud; Jaal'ir swaggers and strolls when he should crawl and beg. Born a favorite among his mother, he was given such a berth that the haughty man cares little for anything other than his own whims. Jaal'ir is usually slow to anger and reveals an easy going personality, but at the right moments, when he deems necessary, he has been known to fly into a rage. Once a time in his life, Jaal'ir killed easily, on a whim. He cared little for the currency of lives and would spend them whenever he could like it was gil in his pouch, but that was not a life of his choosing. He made those choices and may regret them, but that path opened from another's prodding. Jaal'ir's time in Doma opened him into a new way of thinking. He seeks to change the weights that kept him, but change is a hard thing. Some men can drown when the tide rolls in.
