General Information Lorentz Rivers is a skilled swordsman, much of his early life is covered in mystery, however what is known with certainty is that he was born in Limsa Lominsa. His mother was Maria Rivers, a well known pirate who raided Garlean ships. Lorentz was raised by his mother until the age of 10, when she disappeared and was considered killed in action. Afterwards one of his uncles took charge of him and took him to Ul'dah, there he made a successful career as a gladiator, and later a sellsword. He fought under the banner of the immortal flames at Carteneau. After the calamity he has been working on several jobs, mostly as a bodyguard and security consultant for several notorious individuals. When not wearing his armor he'll wear expensive clothing, but few if any accesories Hair & Eyes Lorentz hair is a very light brown, almost blond, his hair is commonly long, though sometimes he can be seen sporting some shorter haircuts. His hair is well kept, and probably he pays good attention to it. His eyes have a light blue hue. Physique & Markings Lorentz plays close attention to his fitness, his physique tends to be relatively muscular, but not to the point it'd be a hindrance for himself. Given his job, he tends to pay close attention to his physical capacity, he is able to keep a pace even when wearing his full set of armor which he is now used to as if it were a second skin to him. His body bears several scars, especially on his arms, some healed cuts, and on his chest some cuts and occasional stab wounds scars, though none would seem that it was particularly deadly and all are old by now. Hygiene & Attire Lorentz is a man that plays close attention to his hygiene, always trying to be well groomed, as he considers that keeping a semblance of professionalism is important in order to keep a good reputation, same goes with his usual choice of attires, his armors and dresses tend to be very well kept and usually finely crafted and well kept, making him always looking sharp, whether if he's wearing a suit of armor or just his casual clothes. Personality Psychological Profile Lorentz is a very calm man, though he tends to confide his secrets to only a handful of secrets. Despite that closeness about himself and his past, he tends to be rather kind to those he meet, causing some to call him 'Ser' or think that he's a knight. However despite his kindness there's a certain aspect of him, fear of being left alone, given his experiences as an orphan as well as some childhood/early adulthood experiences made him for a long while a cold hearted, objective driven man. Though these aspects of his personality are rarely seen nowadays. Philosophy & Mannerisms The Lominsan is a man who holds no beliefs in the twelve or any gods for that matter, after an accident that his mother suffered when he was just a child.
