A P P E A R A N C E
Tarquin is an imposing man by most descriptions of the word. He stands at 6'6 and is of a muscular build. His face is marked with freckles, a feature he personally hates, and has tattoos covering it. He has platinum blonde hair and purple eyes. During a recent major battle Tarquin's left arm was reconstructed by a Garlean Engineer, and is now Magitek.
B E H A V I O R
Tarquin sets himself apart from his other peers. With most Garleans believing themselves superior to other races of Hydaelyn, Tarquin believes this mindset cultivates complacency. Though his strength is a commendable asset in facing his enemies, Tarquin often chooses a more planned approach to problems. To his troops, Tarquin is often cold and calculating. He sees anyone below him as means to an end, and will not hesitate to cut someone down if they prove detrimental to his overall operation. Beneath the cold exterior, Tarquin is temperamental and brash, if pushed too far, he will lash out violently.

Tarquin has always made it a habit of keeping his body in peak condition. He is considered a master amongst his military peers in the art of hand to hand combat, using a combination of Garlean Technology with his combat prowess. His utilizes gunfists as a weapon of choice to supplement his hand to hand combat and a pair of mechanical boots, that have utilize charges to accelerate his kicks.
The Gunfists utilize a disposable front plate laden with many small charges facing out in a radiating pattern. On activation, the charges fire out in a shotgun effect to eviscerate his unlucky opponents. When expended, the plates can be easily detached and a new one reattached and ready for his next blow. For opponents at range, his gunfists also are equipped with a small conventional firearm that utilize a 10 round magazine each.

Will
- Tarquin is meant to be a villain character, walk ups are generally discouraged. If you need a proxy or a villain though, just ask!
- Join in for long term plotlines that make sense for the character.
- Combat RP, preference towards freeform.
- Most mature themes in RP are okay, though consult if they could have long term effects on my character.
Won't
- Tolerate meta-gaming.
- ERP, I've no problem with it, but I'm not here for it.
- Character death, or limb removal, without my consent.
- Would prefer not to acknowledge fantasia plot lines, as I find them be tension and immersion breaking.
- Dragging IC issues into OOC. I do not mind clarification of course on certain things, but my character's views do not reflect my views.
