Marital Status single Occupation goldsmith, mercenary Nameday 32nd Sun of the 3rd Astral Moon Smallstax is a young goblin (woe beget anyone who suggests otherwise) who was welcomed into the Idyllshire gobbieflock not long after being found unconscious on the shores of the Thaliak River. Although they've only been with the goblins for about three years, they integrated easily into their beastman society, largely in part because of the fact that there is very little about their personal past that they remember before washing up in the hinterlands. They were given the name "Smallstax" by the goblins, although every one of them will swear up and down the name has nothing to do with their diminutive stature. Although they remember very little about themself, Smallstax's skills with goldsmith tools and summoning magic are undiminished--they suppose, anyway. They use both to help defend and expand the place he now calls home, although lately they've been travelling farther and farther away from Idyllshire, perhaps in a subconscious attempt to discover who they were before they were Smallstax. Smallstax's Inventory - a goblin mask made especially for their small Lalafellin head. They uses the nose pouch as an extra pocket for small trinkets and jewelry instead of filling it with herbs. Height: 2 fulms 10 ilms Weight: 45-50 ponz Complexion: Rather pale do to frequently being hidden behind a mask, but freckled. Hair: Light reddish-brown, but nearly always hidden beneath their goblin mask. Eyes: Dark enough that it's difficult to tell the pupil from the iris, and often gets them mistaken for a Dunesfolk. Smalltax's face is round and chubby and gives them an innocent, childish appearance which they like to use to their advantage. Although they spend much of their time walking or riding chocobos, they just can't seem to get rid of their remaining baby fat... which they resolutely refuse to believe is just a Lalafell trait. Adulthood Although Smallstox has hazy, undefinable memories of his life before Idyllshire, his earliest memory that's clear enough to actually be considered a memory is waking up in a tent in the ruins of Idyllshire. He vowed to help the goblins in their efforts to rebuild the settlement to repay their kindness, but as his malleable personality and speech patterns came more and more to resemble those of the gobbies, he was eventually given a mask specifically designed for his small size and a proper goblin name. Since then, Smallstox has been a common fixture among the citizens of Idyllshire, although lately he's been venturing further and further from the growing city, inspired to travel by the tales told by adventurers passing through.
