Appearance & Personality

Appearance:

Nai would be considered a runt amongst her tribe at only 56 ilms (4'8"). While tiny at first glance, however, the little kitten has gone to great lengths to make up for what she lacks in height with strength. Most easily noted in her arms and chest, she sports lithe, packed muscle under a layer of feminine softness (strong, but not without some body fat), built to either deliver a powerful blow or brace to absorb one.

Her face is soft, a pleasant heart shape with delicate-looking features, her lips often lightly glossed in a soft lilac. Vibrantly blue eyes are slanted in a manner reminiscent of her more feline traits, lined with dark lashes and sporting the tell-tale slit pupil of the Seeker breed of Miqo'te, lined with a dusting of blue-purple eyeshadow. Her hair is kept long and held up in a high ponytail, sleek and bone-straight, a soft lavender color to match the fur of her ears and tail. Hidden by her bangs, a pair of tan stripes reach from the arch of her brows to her hairline, though the two pair that cross her cheeks, just below her eyes, remain perfectly visible.

The only visible scar on her is what looks like a large bite-mark high on the back of her neck, faint but still visible when her hair is moved out of the way.

Personality:

Flirty, competitive, and utterly, completely shameless are a few good words to sum her up. In general, Nai is a very outgoing, affectionate person with little awareness in the area of personal space. She's just as likely to touch, or even hug, a stranger as she is a friend (though friends are far more likely to have a Naibarnacle at some point during any given encounter). She's quick to tease, though she tempers the worst of her barbs with a warm tone and amused eyes. That's just her way of showing affection: The more she banters with someone, it generally means she's quite fond of them. It's the silence that generally tells of her wrath.

The only public deviation of this generally upbeat, sociable attitude is when there's a male Seeker about. If she's noticed him, she will generally go quiet and try not to draw attention to herself, even to the point of taking her leave of current company. If approached by one, she seldom makes eye-contact and becomes very withdrawn and shy, but will not disengage unless dismissed or left alone.

Enemies ♥ A'khebica Ginwa - Her baby cousin, Nai is fiercely protective of Khebi, one of her few remaining family members. ♥ A'kiina Saazhu - Her niece, though Nai hasn't seen Kiina is over a decade, when the other tiny kitty was shipped to the main tribe. ● Ciel Sauveterre - A lovely bard and good friend, unfortunately Nai hasn't seen her in quite a long while. Hopefully she's okay... ♥ Corbeaux Baptiste - Her employer and duskwight-of-choice when it comes to having someone to be close to. They aren't overly public about the state of their relationship, for good reason. She's still recovering from severing her previous relationship and is in no rush to go professing her love to anyone else. Even if she's awful damn cuddly with him. ♥ Desant Valeroyant - Her former lover, though she still loves him dearly. She currently has no clue as to his whereabouts. ● Erimmont Chevalier - The Wildwood that wasn't. Convinced he's got some Duskwight blood in him somewhere, Erimmont is Nai's best friend and confidant. They love to tease and flirt endlessly with each other, though all in good fun. Recently he's expressed a more romantic attraction, but she's firmly refused and tries not to let it make things awkward. ● Lhei'to Tayuun - The Keeper she ended up 'living' with up until her disappearance in the Shroud over a year ago. She hasn't seen much of him since and misses him a great deal. RP Hooks You might know Nai if... You belong to the off-shoot A-tribe she came from. Father was A'nahki Nunh, mother was A'binobu Rheno, and a couple half-sisters both older and younger. She was a tiny, frail little thing, couldn't hunt herself out of a wet paper bag. Was separated from other kits her age (~8) to learn to heal, since she showed talent in Conjury. You lived/worked in Ul'dah within the last eight years: She delivered gathered goods and fish before the Calamity. (Age 14-15) A year after the calamity, she turned to whoring to survive. (Age 16-17) Once she developed physically, she worked herself into being an upper-class Courtesan. (17-20) She eventually began participating in the Bloodsands as a sort of novelty. (20-21) You attended or associated with the Vylbrand Academy: Nai attended the academy for about a year, studying under the Protectorate. She was head of security for most of her time there. She also tended the bar for a few months during open Tavern Nights and Events. Just ask anyone what happens when she tries to say 'docks' while not paying attention... You are active currently within Limsa Lominsa: She's often seen within or around the Drowning Wench. Word has it she's working for Corbeaux Baptiste.
