His dark hair is always an accurate representation of a mess, regardless of his desperate attempts to sort that out. His green eyes are constantly looking around, almost never ceasing to move, as he carefully watches his surroundings. Scars & Markings: A number of small gashes 'decorate' his chest, back and right arm. It would appear that scars had various origins, claws, blades, fangs and even magic. Voice: Soft and warm, usually very calm. He rarely raises his voice. Clothing: Soran usually wears light, comfortable clothes which don't hinder his movement, however he tends to adapt to his environment. He's a pragmatic person and thus his clothes are usually meant to be practical as well, not too warm, not too cold and definitely not too heavy. Due to memory loss, Soran is having difficulties with trusting people. Despite that, he remains a very calm, collected, kind-hearted youth, who likes to analyze everything carefully and is rather modest. Soran likes to think logically and tries to apply that logic to the world in which he lives. He's also a very optimistic person, willing to work towards making the realm a better place. Despite knowing he can't save everyone and he can't resolve every crisis, he's doing his best to help out people he meets during his journeys, as he believes that throwing a pebble into the water, will create a ripple that eventually might become a wave. NPC Alia Naere ( ♥ ✖ ) (Mother) Soran's mother, she was a very supportive and caring woman, who died during Calamity. Soran has no memory of this person. Hanin Naere ( ♥ ✖ ) (Father) Soran's father, Hanin was a strict, but kind-hearted man. He taught Soran a lot about respecting one another and music. Soran doesn't remember him. Ethien Naere ( ♥ ✖ ) (Younger Brother) One of Soran's younger siblings, twin brother of Elise. Being 6 years younger than Soran, he fell 'victim' to a severe case of an overprotective older brother. Ethien was a slightly timid child, but it faded away when he was listening to music. Soran has no memories regarding that person. Elise Naere ( ♥ ✖ ) (Younger Sister) Ethien's twin sister, this energetic girl cherished pretty much anything she glanced at. She was really attached to her older brother, who gladly played the role of a shield whenever she ran into trouble with parents. Soran has no memories regarding that person. Tohan Alaris ( ♦ ✖ ) (Teacher) A very old, especially by Eorzean standards, paladin who helped Soran out when he was at the bottom, guiding him through the despair to a better life. The man taught Soran how to fight as he knew Soran had a soulstone hidden in his mother's locket, he never told him that though, knowing that the boy was unaware of that fact. They've spent years, travelling around the world together and Soran remembers plenty of these adventures, however he doesn't remember Tohan at all, which makes the memories confusing.
