Character

Appearance

The lalafell recieved the better end of the height bargain. Blessed with the right to be relatively tall. As tall as lalafell can be really. Aanzo stands proud and confident with a build fitting of someone working in his field. His pink milk-drinker skin is painted with scars, carrying that general look of being battered and weathered, which serves as a reason to why his body is normally covered from head to toe in leather and cloth.

Aanzo's face is nothing too special. Small and exhausted eyes with little bright purple pupils, the only give away to him being of dunesfolk descent. His mouth seems to always be curled up into a smirk, ready to flash his "trademark" toothy grin. Scruffy dark brown hair rests ontop of his scalp, normally cut in a short fashion, he keeps it washed and clean but outside of that the lalafell does very little with it, opting to hide it under a bandanna.

There once was an amazingly well groomed stache resting atop his upper lip, but ever since a horrible "cooking accident" the lalafell has had to shave off the fantastic piece of art, he's used to not having it there anymore, may it rest in pieces.

Behavior / Personality

The lalafell normally comes across as an extremely carefree and cheeky bugger, appearing to be very laid back and relaxed even in extreme circumstances. A mischievous unserious and unfocused little shit, as many have labelled him before. He appreciates good conversation and tries his best to make light of situations, even if it means making a fool of himself in the process, he doesn't mind, as long as it's a good laugh.

Aanzo tends to take his sweet time in accepting folks and opening up, though on rare occasions he does seem more willing and ready to call someone a "friend" after only a brief period of knowing them, it's all down to the impression they leave on him really. Nevertheless, he does have a caring heart and even if he doesn't wear it on his sleeve, the little guy is willing to do almost anything for those that have earned his trust, yes that includes really silly things, yes you could probably convince him to dress up as a clown and run around with no pants on.

Combat

General

Years of getting rough and rowdy has turned Aanzo into a capable fighter. He's never been considered talented and wasn't born with the ability to throw a dragon around, but through pure dedication and training over the cycles of being alive he's managed to turn himself into someone of note. You don't survive more than 10 summers on a pirate ship by being bad at head bashing after all.

He has the knowledge in using various types of weapons, though he focuses primarily on using close quarters bladed weaponry partnered with a good deal of hand and footwork. The little shit is always willing to use the environment to his advantage, and you can damn well bet he isn't above using dirty tactics if the situation calls for it.

If all else fails, Aanzo will forever have the super ancient secret technique of running away super fast, which serves as a distraction and will hopefully provide him with enough time to think of an -actual- plan.

Aanzo rarely mentions his family to anyone, and because of this, there wont be anything here. Shoo. Go away.

Friends and Company

It takes quite a lot of run-ins for Aanzo to consider someone his ally or friend, he's extremely picky, he likes to think he's got himself a fine bunch of mates so far though. Naturally, he considers folks from Trident and Crystalline, to be worthy of note and thus sees them all as mates in some way.

• Stalwart Mountain: - Aanzo trusts this anchor-wielding giant with his life. He is quite literally one of the most intimidating Hellsguard you'd ever see, mostly carrying the "Business in front, Business also at the back." attitude but that doesn't stop Aanzo from engaging in friendly insulting banter. Arguably one of his closest mates. Aanzo Looks up to the guy in an older brother sort of way and would without a doubt do almost anything for the fella.

• Qhas'ir Mujuuk: - The Brains. With Mountain now gone from the gang, Qhas'ir is pretty much all Aanzo has left in Trident. The miqo'te is technically Aanzo's superior, but the lalafell considers him to be one of his closest and most trusted buds. Qhas'ir has been through hell and back for Aanzo's sake and you're damn right the little shit will gladly do the same for him. Ain't no one messing with Qhas'ir unless they wanna get DROPPED.

• Mustafa Steel: - The Hobro (Aanzo Dictionary: Hobro, a hobo who is a total bro.). No one seems to get why Aanzo keeps this guy around, and whenever they ask all he says is "life debt." Aanzo has pretty much known Mustafa for most of his life and has witnessed things those who meet the Mustafa of today could never imagine. It's because of this that despite the bickering, fighting, insulting, and all that crap that goes on, Aanzo will forever have a high opinion of Mustafa, having so much respect you'd think he was crazy. Mustafa is worth it, worth it like a bottle of really good shampoo.

• Stalwart Boulder: - A sword 'n' board Mercenary that Aanzo ran into while hunting some big beasties for a snobby Noble, they connected like -pow- and got along extremely well. They took various jobs together and the roegadyn just seemed to be a natural at making Aanzo feel better in general, good job you glorious bastard. It's just a shame he had to go and die. Who just goes and -dies-?

• Tailero Tilero: - Zho's lover, and Aanzo's current bro-lafell (Aanzo Dictionary: Bro-lafell, a lalafell who is a total bro.). Tai is hot headed and young, but that's probably why Aanzo has warmed up to him so much, the little shit reminds the older little shit of when -he- was a littler little shit. Eitherway he's a top lad and is pretty good for a laugh.

• Zho Greywind: - One of Trident's few talented miqo'te, one that Aanzo actually enjoys the company of, there's nothing too special about her in his eyes, but she's pleasant conversation and useful with all sorts. Aanzo is especially fond of her research and development methods. Who likes bombs? Aanzo likes bombs. He considers her a good addition to the band of merry totally-not-pirates.

• Liliro Liro: - Aanzo and Liliro have been in all directions, up, down, left, right, take it back now y'all, and so on. They're no longer together, and he doesn't always agree with what she does, but he'll always love her to bits. Aanzo will always consider her one of his nearest and dearest no matter what. He's willing to do almost anything for her, and will gladly do whatever it takes to protect her.

• Yashaix Ki'lari: - The source behind a few problems in Aanzo's life, though also a source behind a fair few positives on top of that. Aanzo isn't quite sure what to think of Ki'lari at times, and there was a time where he considered killing her, but in the end he pushed those thoughts away and came to a realisation that he's not able to judge. He genuinely cares for the overgrown witch, and will help her out in the same way as he'd help out the rest of his buds.

• John Spiegel: - The one-eyed behemoth. The father to one of his bosses. A jolly old fart. John is an intimidating, dark-plate wearing, sword-slinging, do-gooder, who's cheery clowning-around attitude is appreciated. Aanzo respects the highlanders martial prowess and totally considers him a battle-bro, ready to assist at a moments notice. What a swell guy.

• Gogomi Gomi: - An old pit-fighter lalafell that he met through Crystalline. She and Aanzo have a shocking amount of things in common, especially regarding their past, funnily enough they aren't related. Aanzo enjoys her company and the two seem to get along rather well.
