Character

General

Lulula Lulu, or just Lulu, as she likes other people to call her, is a plainsfolk lalafell who was born in Ul'dah, after her father Luromo Lumo and her mother Inala Ina left La Noscea a cycle before Lulu was born. Ina was an adventurer that dreamed of fighting great monsters and gaining glory. And since the Beastmen were just exiled from Ul'dah, new opportunities opened and she coerced Lumo to move there. And so they left La Noscea, in search of a more exciting life. When they arrived in Ul'dah, Ina was already pregnant, and Lulu was born soon.

Lulu is a cheerful lalafell that dreams of being an adventurer, just like her mother did. She spends a lot of her time sitting in the Quicksand, watching adventurers from all over Eorzea, and listening to their tales of adventure. She also spends a lot of her time with Penny, whom she really likes.

Back before she became an adventurer, she used to spend most of her time in the Quicksand, which led to an event in which a roegadyn by the name Hyllgyyrd tripped over her while drunk, spilling his drink and blaming it on her. A sultansworn named Hulu took up the case and chased Lulu through Ul'dah. She often refers to it as being punted by him, and is always on the lookout for Hulu when she's in Ul'dah.

Appearance

She fashions a ponytail, but leaves the front of her hair to fall freely, shaping her face. She has her father's green eyes, and her mother's nose. Her father gave her a hat, which she proudly wears, and calls it her adventurer hat. It's red, which is her favorite color, and she often wears something red. Lulu is still short even for a lalafell, but since she's still very young, it's no surprise. She is still growing.

Personality

Her cheerfulness and bright look on life makes everyone around her smile. Her curiosity, on the other hand, makes them sometimes step on their toes with what they say when around her. Since she's still very young, they don't want her to hear bad things, even though she asks a lot of questions about almost anything. But mostly about adventures. She loves stories, and singing, and often sings a song she calls "The Main Cat", which is about an adventurer who came from nothing and then became rich and famous in Ul'dah. The song describes her life's wish. To be a grand adventurer. She is very caring, loves fuzzy cute moogles, somewhat of an obsession as of late, after she met Reiko, who has a wind-up moogle.

Combat

General

Lulu is a beginner adventurer, so she is still learning how to fight. She has some aether potential, albeit not that much used, since she started avoiding Koko, who taught her thaumaturgy for a while) when Koko's sister Yuki came to the company. Yuki and Lulu were off to a bad start, and Yuki's friendship with Penny is always bothering Lulu.

Penny started teaching Lulu how to thrust a spear and what it's like to be a lancer. Lulu took it up and is progressing well.

• Nananomi Nomi - the first person she met at the Goblet, when she snuck out of Ul'dah
• Bexy Amalaryssia - a miqo'te that she is bonding with, and who will teach her how to use a bow and arrow

• 1568 - Inala Ina heads out on an adventure, meets a band of often drunk adventurers.
• 1570 - Inala Ina is arrested for a drunken assault on a sultansworn.
• 1572 - The Calamity. Luromo Lumo protects Lulu as the events of the Calamity unfold. Big sandstorms hits Ul'dah.
• 1576 - Lulula Lulu starts yearning for adventure. She starts visiting the Quicksand.
• 1578 - Lulu sneaks out of Ul'dah and into the famed Goblet, where she meets the Kindred. She soon becomes a part of the company.
