Basic Info
Ciciru Ciru is a tiny Lalafell, even by their standards; a life of too much hard work and never enough food has ensured she grew up malnourished and runty. She's had a tough time of it on the streets of Ul'dah, and she acts like it; her language is as foul as a salty sailor's and she is wary and distrustful around strangers. Observant and sly, she usually notices things other people miss... and being so tiny has also made her very easy to ignore; Cici uses this to her advantage and has become very, very good at hiding in plain sight. She is also a vocal mimic of no small skill, and can do almost any voice she hears once.

Appearance
Ciciru Ciru is tiny, to the point where even other Lalafell can sometimes tower over her. With chocolate brown skin and large, deep purple eyes, Cici is sometimes taken for a child...an occurrence she resents greatly. Her body has many scars, several of which are between her legs, and she never, ever brings them up or says what has caused them; but since so few people ever notice (what with her being so low to the ground) she is rarely questioned about it.
For most of her life, she had elaborate tattoos on her face; black swirls surround her eyes, making them look even larger, and cream-coloured circles on her cheekbones in the more traditional Lalafell fashion. She now sports a cream colored tattoo and her hair is sandy with blonde highlights, the girl having chosen to shed her more streetwise look. She has traditional silver loops in her very large ears, and enjoys reminding people that those ears can hear better even than an Elezen's or a Miqo'te's.
Despite her tiny stature, Cici trains hard with the Archer's Guild; she is fit and strong, and a few months with a Free Company and normal meals coupled with no small effort in her training has taken her from a malnourished runt to a strong and proud fighter.
Cici enjoys having more than one or two outfits, now that she can afford them, and she prefers to wear brown, red, black, and yellow. She likes to look good and puts effort into doing so, managing a level of cool that those around her sometimes envy.

Behavior & Personality
Proud of what little she knows of her Plainsfolk heritage, Cici has managed to cobble together a mixture of her race's traditions and her own street upbringing into a sassy package. Despite her almost total lack of education, Cici is intelligent and insightful, and woe to the person who mistakes her for an ignoramus; her sharp wit and sharper tongue usually have her coming out on top of any verbal scuffles.
Cici can be almost childlike at times; now that she is free to experience the world, she does so with complete abandon, throwing herself into new experiences and situations with gusto. Though this seems to irritate some people, Cici doesn't really care; she's making up for lost time and a childhood she never got.
For all her confidence and sass, Cici is well aware when people dismiss her because of her race, size, or lack of education, and it bothers her. She often will write people off when they talk over her or downright ignore her as being somehow 'less', but it hurts her more than she lets on.
