In spite of her young age, K'lia is a very motherly woman. She constantly looks after the well-being of her family, ensuring they get enough to eat, rest when they're exhausted, etc.

Melodie Valtyr Relation: Wife ♦ Standing: Good ♦ Status: Alive K'lia first met Melodie Valtyr while searching for employment as a maid, seeking to escape the life of an adventurer. As they first started talking, a sexual spark was immediately apparent, which erupted into a flame of lust rapidly. Over the course of time, the lust between the two began to settle, making way for genuine love and affection every bit as strong as the physical attraction they have for one another. Although they did elope in secret shortly after beginning their affair, Melodie and K'lia re-married in a public ceremony where she officially and proudly began bearing the name Valtyr.

Zutsutsu Zutsu Relation: Lover♦ Standing: Good♦ Status: Alive K'lia first met the enigmatic Zutsutsu shortly after beginning her sexual relationship with Melodie. For a long time she was completely uncertain of what to make of Melodie's Right Hand, but came to trust her as a valued ally and an important part of Melodie's life. Eventually, Zutsutsu confessed to K'lia that she wanted to marry Melodie just as K'lia had done in secret, a confession that at first greatly angered K'lia, however she begrudgingly allowed for this under the condition that Zutsutsu would not have sexual relations with Melodie. In the months leading up to the wedding ceremony, K'lia began to come to terms with the thought that it was probable that Melodie would insist on permitting Zutsutsu into their bed, a thought which forced K'lia to reconsider her opinion of Zutsutsu, shifting from an ally to an actual friend and a lover.

Milulu Milu Relation: Lover ♦ Standing: Complicated ♦ Status: Alive When Melodie took an interest in highly skilled Milulu, K'lia was still feeling shades of jealousy over the idea of allowing more people into her wife's bed. This caused a considerable amount of friction between the two, souring K'lia's relationship with her from the start. As time moved on and more women included, K'lia softened her view of Milulu and came to fully accept her as a part of the Valtyr family, stepping up to comfort Milulu when the lalafell felt she wasn't welcomed among Melodie's lovers and assure her that she was welcomed. This acceptance was put under heavy strain with Milulu's apparent betrayal during an encounter with the Garlean empire, revealing a great many lies that Milulu had been telling everyone for months. Although Milulu eventually proved herself to have defected from the Garleans, K'lia's trust in her was fractured and their relationship suffered for some time as a result.

Kaede Okura Relation: Lover ♦ Standing: Good♦ Status: Alive The third new woman to enter into the growing Valtyr harem, Kaede was the person K'lia was at first the most wary of, entirely uncertain what to make of having a Raen Au Ra added to the dynamic. The first time the two actually spoke in private, Kaede showed K'lia a drawing of her wedding to Melodie, citing it as one of the most meaningful events in her life. This statement surprised K'lia and deeply touched her, sparking a new friendship between the two which blossomed into love as time went on. Of all of Melodie's lovers, Kaede is the one K'lia has the strongest friendship with in spite of the vast cultural differences between Othard and Eorzea.

Ashley Kirine Relation: Lover ♦ Standing: Neutral ♦ Status: Alive K'lia first met Ashley during a party as one of Melodie's friends, something that made K'lia want to get to know the ebony woman better and the two bonded over a common history of being orphans from Limsa Lominsa. Although K'lia felt an immediate sexual attraction to the strong warrior, this was dampened as she began to genuinely get to know her, discovering Ashley's limited intellectual capacity and near-childlike demeanor. Even after Melodie took Ashley as yet another concubine, K'lia was unable to form the same strong attachment to her as she had for Zutsutsu and Kaede for a long time.
