Tanaka (born Touissant) Nevereaux (Pronunciation:Ta-nah-kah Two-Sawn Neh-ver-oh), is an adoptive son of Hingan traders currently residing wherever his research takes him. Originally hailing from the Twelveswood, Tanaka was born to Duskwight parents, leaders of The Iron Thorns, that made their living capitalizing on the chaos caused by the conflict between heretics and the Holy See. A highly trained summoner, previously an inspector with the Arcanist’s Guild, he is often found hunting voidsent or scouting the docks of Limsa Lominsa and Kugane for exotic goods. He is ever vigilant for black market dealings in an effort to counteract the disarray and misery peddled by his birth parents. Following his adoption, he chose to replace his given first name with the surname of his new family. For the first year after his arrival, the locals could not either pronounce or remember his name so simply referred to him as ‘Tanaka’. He has went by it ever since.
In keeping with his heritage Tanaka is stereotypically Elezen in his build. Standing at 7” he towers over the majority of his traveling companions and enemies alike. His body is slim, his limbs long and he possesses very little muscle definition, especially in his legs. Upon first glance he appears to be in complete control of his faculties but closer inspection reveals a myriad of physical scars and minor ailments. His knees are commonly strapped up with bandages, commonly swollen or laced with cuts and dotted with bruises of varying colors and size. His bears scars upon the balls of his hands from vain attempts to keep his balance rewarding him with countless stitches. Despite his body presenting one message, Tanaka’s fashion sense is the complete opposite. He is never found without an exquisitely tailored coat, usually with tails, with crisp shirts and accessories. His color palette is restrained, usually within the realms of crimson, black and white. Leatherworkers have sculpted custom boots for him that settle above his knee with thin straps to keep them in place. They bulge slightly at the kneecaps, heavy with karakul padding to protect him from falls. His hair hangs with a natural wave to his chin, pitch, that can either be found framing his sharp features or fighting the wind to stay out of his way. His eyes are a golden yellow, known to sometimes twinkle with a burning red, against his pale skin. Commonly found in a library or, much to his discontent, a bedroom cooped up due to illness, he has never tanned.
Positive. Kind. Faithful. There are those who would claim Tanaka is ‘simple’. In spite of his callous upbringing, he has grown into a kind and empathetic man who strives to see the best in all he encounters. The rare few who have ever met his ire and somewhat conveniently they do not cross his path again. As clumsy as he may be on his feet, he can be the same when speaking to others. It is not uncommon for him to find himself tongue tied. Those that are lucky enough to count him as a friend have a staunch ally, always there at a moment’s notice providing support whenever he can. Tanaka is an absolute gentleman, often to his own detriment.

So chances are, you won't offend me or make me uncomfortable unless you're trying to or just being really skeevy in general. CHANGING THE COLOR SCHEME
To change the color scheme of this wiki, copy the wiki code into a document. Using the find and replace feature, exchange each of these color keywords (i.e. ‘PRIMARY COLOR’, ‘SECONDARY COLOR’, etc.) with a six digit/letter hex code for the color of your choice (i.e. ‘FFFFFF’, ‘000000’, etc.). Remember that when you are writing blocks of text and wish to break them into a new paragraph, use new
tags. Otherwise, the text will tender as one paragraph or break.
