Her ears are pointed and usually relaxed closer into her skull, and her tail is usually slack, letting gravity control it's resting, save for a few flicks every now and then in specific situations. Her nails are usually painted nicely with nail lacquer, usually pastel colours, and are usually pointed in cat-claw like shape. Publicly she's usually seen in simple common or casual clothing and she doesn't spend a whole lot of time on her appearance, and sometimes can look rather messy after being in Gridania's garden. If you see her in her armor, you're likely in for a bad time.
V'ieh has been through an ordeal leaving multiple stab scars on her stomach, as well as deep flesh burn scars on her right leg and arm.

For some time V'iehessi could remember her mother being pregnant and almost coming to term when V'ieh herself was only 15 cycles old. All she could remember was her mother going into labor and when she returned home she told V'iehessi that her brother did not make it. Little to V'iehessi's knowledge, her brother, V'ashir Tia, actually was alive, but was taken under by her absent father to raise him under political rule without motherly influences. V'ashir was only made aware of his sister and mother's existence when V'iehessi was defending their mother after her mother was being publicly shamed for V'iehessi having no contributing skills to the clan, and was destined to be a breeder cat at 17 cycles old.
Upon reaching age 18, the women of age to be breeding mates were to be branded with a "V" on the back of their neck. V'iehessi received hers with plentiful struggling and disobedience and was promptly whipped for civil disobedience. That was the moment she knew she was going to leave, which would cast her as a traitor against her clan. She left only days after her 18th Nameday, but was eventually recaptured and brought in for interrogation with clan leaders. V'alag Nuhn ordered for a week's long "rehabilitation" in the hopes that she'll be more obedient to clan laws. She was subjected to various methods of basic torture before her flight or fight response pushed her into a state of frenzy in a last resort to escape. By the time V'iehessi came to, she was malms away from her clan's village, wielding a broken piece of glass in her hand and covered in a mixture of her own blood, and presumably the Tia's charged with the task of breaking her.
When Ferathir and V'ieh parted ways, V'ieh lightened her hair and changed her style enough to not be noticed through the rest of Ul'dah. They secured V'ieh a carriage to Gridania. On that carriage was a man named Hiro Mizaki, a Doman refugee who crossed one of the first and very few refugee boats to Eorzea from Othard in the midst of Garlean takeover. This was V'ieh's first real encounter with another culture and she was instantly infatuated with their culture. He could sense a lot of strife and despair from V'ieh and asked if she had any formal disciplines in combat. She said no, and had no real place to go after she got to Gridania except for a month's worth of Gil to keep her in an INN. He began to train her in the art of Ninjutsu under the pretense he could stay with V'ieh after meeting her the next day at the Amphitheater. She agreed and begun training right away the next day. V'ieh fell in love with the forests and flora of the Black Shroud instantly, and gradually became a very strong horticulturalist and botanist.
As their training continued, V'ieh and Hiro would undertake small contracts to keep up with their expenses of living in INN's. V'ieh was startled when Hiro had to killed a man in front of her, never actually witnessed death before outside of her frenzy, which alters her consciousness to complete black-out. Hiro assured her that evil men and women being killed was okay in the balance of all things as long as you use your own skills for good. She was thrown off a bit, but she understood. Eventually, V'ieh began falling for Hiro and wondered if Ferathir would ever approve. She thought about reciting the Oath to Hiro as well but she suppressed that thought on the notion that he might think it was weird or extremely foreign. They began using her full name again, with the thought that V'ieh's name wouldn't be recognized in Gridania.
Eventually, Hiro took V'ieh to bed, and her feelings for him were solidified. She brought him to see the garden she was working on in Gridania and he expressed pride in her work and seeing her bring life to something from almost nothing. He told her the pink peonies she grew reminded him of V'ieh, because they were bright and beautiful, and pink then became her favourite colour, and peonies became her favourite flowers. They left soon after to La Nocsea for a small get away to Costa del Sol before a large scale contract they had on the large tropic island.
She explained to him what the Oath was, and who Ferathir was, and he showed interest. She planned later that day after their contract was over. He also gave V'ieh blades etched with the Doman words for "beauty" and "zen" on them to complete her training.
Unfortunately, the contract was a set up. Clan Tia's were sent in to ambush them. V'ieh immediately took on a frenzy, and when she finally came to, Hiro was on the ground with the rest of the Tia's, only clinging onto life. V'ieh held him, and tried to recite the Oath to him, but he passed away part way through. V'ieh promptly went back into hiding. She donated their savings to more of the Doman refugees in Ul'dah because she assumed that is what Hiro would have wanted. She paid no attention to her gardening anymore, and she consistently took contracts and bounties to under her alias to keep herself alive. She soon had no care to killing people, and her moral compass began to shift strongly, taking bounties that weren't entirely in the best interest to the rest of society.
V'ieh had only turned 19 by the beginning of the Seventh Umbral Era, the Calamity wreaking havoc on Eorzea. Business began to boom in the crime business and she excelled. She also gained quite the reputation in Ul'dah for taking both men and women to bed on a consistent basis, the only reason she did so was it seemed to numb a lot of pain brought on by so much tragedy. Soon after the Calamity she could feel someone always watching her in Thanalan.
Ferathir had sent V'ieh a letter summoning her to the Lavender Beds, one of V'ieh's favourite places. She had changed quite a bit, adopting a silver tongue, gaining a lot of muscle mass since he knew her being so malnourished. She met him, and also met Minako Obinata, who he seemed to take a liking to. Enough to be so trusting to want to Oath her. V'ieh was immediately offended, realizing she didn't like the idea of suddenly making the Oathsworn into a Free Company.
V'ieh soon realized if the person watching her wanted to kill her, they'd have done it already. Ferathir was soon brought up to speed on everything with Hiro, and he shared more about his previous lover. She planned shortly thereafter to visit her old village to see if the mystery person who was following her around, would follow her there.
Upon entering her village, she realized the entire place was burnt to the ground. And not from the Calamity, it was fresh, and was clearly done by a someone, not a something. A shrouded man approached and attacked her, but she realized he would flee if she retaliated, so she accepted the beating to try to build trust. Eventually, at the sunrise, he fled, and V'ieh crawled back up the Sagolii and had to call Ferathir to aid her, who was not happy with her actions. Consistently, through more interaction with her Oathbrother and Oathsister she was realizing her good intentions continued to reflect poorly to everyone around her, and she became more and more frustrated as time went on. V'ieh grew increasingly annoyed with how fast Fer and Mina were falling for each other and feared for him getting hurt the same way she was with Hiro.
Ferathir and Minako went with V'ieh to the Gold Saucer. V'ieh had recently obtained a bounty against a man who burned down a village south of the Sagolii, and she spotted him in the Gold Saucer playing games in a silly outfit. She assaulted him, and it took Ferathir to pry her off of him. Soon enough, Thata'wo Kaatapoh became a stray who followed the Oathsworn around only to really torment them, and harass V'ieh. It soon became very clear that Thata'wo was without a clan and he took V'ieh as a Matriarchal figure.
V'ieh entered a frenzy state with Ferathir, currently one of the two only people to survive being targeted when she's in that state, because he threatened her views on how Hiro died. It was later revealed that it was at V'ieh's hand that Hiro had died, because it wouldn't have made any sense for him to die by the hands of under-trained Tia's, and the wounds on his body weren't impaling from lances, they were slices from her own blades. This threw V'ieh in a very deep depression, and she retired her blades for a while and fled to Costa del Sol for a few months to meditate and mourn. She begun tallying any time she remembered frenzying onto her thigh with a sharp implement as a reminder to keep herself grounded. Ferathir tried to give her blades back to her but she refused. Thata'wo tried to convince her to take her blades back, and Minako remained quiet.
Tensions with Ferathir and V'ieh continued to rise, with him trying to learn Ninjutsu as a weapon to defend himself, V'ieh and Minako. She met another Miqo'te named Xehn'a Hmyr who V'ieh was ashamed for quickly growing a crush on despite her situation still mourning Hiro. Eventually V'ieh forsook the Oath and left Ferathir and Minako behind, only still remaining closer with new apprentice Thata'wo. She had taken her blades back but never got back into bounties until she was confident enough to only use them when she needed.
Xehn'a and V'ieh's affair turned into a full fledged relationship, and continued strong for a long while. V'ieh left the company she was in, and reconciled with Ferathir.
V'ieh pursued the same mystery man once again who was following her every step in Thanalan. Eventually, she encountered him, and let him stab her in the stomach to elicit that same frenzy so she could dispatch her target without remorse for killing someone from her already endangered clan. It was the same Tia who harassed her mother for V'ieh's inability to grasp any productive trade in their clan.
V'ieh soon purchased property with Xehn'a in the Lavender Beds and soon enough a letter came into her mail addressed by a "V". V'ieh was thrown off and thought she was by chance only the last few of her clan left.
