Basic Information

General

Work in progress

Appearance

A rather inauspicious Miqo'te by all appearances, Wyra is no more than a few ilm past the average for her kin in height and scale, with a lean and well muscled build expected of her physical disposition, but all together still scarcely at par with even hyur stature. Her general complexion is very light with blue-tinted hair so weakly colored that it is nearly indiscernible from stark white, and matching pale skin. She bears signs of harsh living openly, with rough calloused hands and obvious facial scars, among many others, from near-missed blades in battles past.

Behavior

On the whole, Wyra is a stoic and reserved personality. Quiet and contemplative, she acts slowly and considerately in most thing and, following suit, she is ill-at-ease in situations demanding split attention or hasty action, finding herself lost in groups or crowds being chief among those. She has an absolute sense of justice in action and is unshakable in her resolve, but lacks confidence on a personal level, even going as far as to conceal her odd-colored left eye which she considers unsightly.

Friends and Allies

Upa Zuvhe Known first through their mutual association with Lynn'wo Vahnal, Upa was intially a matter of concern for Wyra given her relative inexperience on the battle field. She had little respect for what she considered a romantically invested tag-along, though time has since proven her worries unfounded. Indeed, Upa's undying patience and good company have won her acceptance and sworn loyalty in a sincere act of penance. Long years of relative solitude give her little leeway for personal appreciation, but in Upa she has found one of her first true and dear friends.
Ferai Caolann In her eyes, he is a danger to himself and others. The pair could not be any more opposed in their manner, where Wyra is reserved and calculating Ferai is lively and impulsive. Plagued by the ghosts of his past and haunted by overwhelming personal demons, he finds purpose in his own strict interpretation of morality that keeps him from being little more than a wanton murderer for hire. Somehow, despite this damning state of affairs, she has complete trust in his worthy intentions and finds a kindred spirit in their opposition to cruel fate. There are few for which her resolve is more unshakable, even among the 81st, and together they are a testament to the potential in overcoming petty differences.
Rhesh'ir Zhwan Wyra has found herself at odds with the captain of the 81st, in no small part due to her excessive caution in approaching the organization. Still, in spite of many conflicting personal beliefs, she holds a tenuous amount of respect for his efforts, as they have been revealed to her by the loyal support of his allies.
Lynn'wo Vahnal Old acquaintances sharing a history, Wyra was initially introduced to her current company by association. In the time since her patience and loyalty has been severely strained in dealings with Lynn'wo, though she still holds a begrudging respect for her distant kin despite their recent feuding. At heart she still hopes for a peaceful resolution to their collective story and honors the better aspects of her tribal origins, a fact that the iconoclastic Lynn'wo does not appreciate.
Kodaro Ba'rococo Wyra sees Kodaro as kindred spirit, in a certain sense, both having found a new family in the 81st. Indeed, even their personal motives are similar as in the face of adversity they have both found inspiration in martial prowess and chosen the life of adventure over any more rational path. Of the many comrades-in-arms among her new 'family', Kodaro was one of the first that she respected personally rather than professionally, though they are still little more than acquaintances and much of the harmony in their ambitions is no better known than by a vague intuition.
Orcrist Saragin In Orcrist Wyra sees the ideal soldier, and many qualities she aspires to practice herself. Though they've only briefly shared the battlefield, she needs little more evidence of his character.

Others/Enemies/Rivals

Brielle Ashenfist A bitter history of opposing traditions lies at the heart of the conflict between these two gladiators. All that Wyra sees as valorous and worthy in martial expertise is utterly opposed to Brielle's own methods. Having little patience for Thaumaturgy at the best of times, and less still for such questionable acts as the use of fire to incite fear or allow for nefarious, if cunning surprise tactics, she is entirely intolerant of her hot-headed new comrade. Worse, in attempting to settle the dispute in ostensibly "friendly" competition she was delt a cruel and tortuous wound and suffered horrible scars in the aftermath. She has since abandoned the already tenuous hope held for her rival's redemption in her eyes.
Senelle Silverlight Initially suspicious of what her kindly personality might belie, and perhaps outright fearful of the exceptional skills with alchemy and the arcane she had subtly displayed, Wyra has nevertheless developed a cautious but sincere respect for the works Senelle has done in support of her comrades, to say nothing of any personal assistance she has lent. All the same she remains reluctant in the company of one so capable of magics unknown to her.
