Appearance & Personality

Fhilwyda is of a muscular build compared to most Roegadyn female, mostly due to her training from a young age and always being physically active. Her muscles are well-toned and pack a powerful punch, absolutely a force to be reckoned with when she has an axe in-hand. She stands about seven feet and three inches, tall for a Roegadyn, while her brother is taller still. Her skin is a pale green, and her eyes a sharp yellow that can pierce through someone should she be in the mood. Her hair is a sleek black, always kept short and well-maintained.

Her personality is not unlike her outward appearance, and she sometimes can come off as very forward. Usually she resorts to picking on those closest to her and trying to tease them, but will often take it too far without realizing it. While she has this sort of "tough-girl" facade going on, she is deep down very caring and nurturing, and (more often than not) over-protective of those she holds closest, willing to do whatever she can to make sure they're safe and well. She's also prone to bottling up her emotions, and not truly sharing them with most.

Biography

Childhood

Fhilwyda's childhood did not have a happy beginning. Her mother died giving birth to her, and she always believed that it was her fault, even with her father constantly trying to reassure her otherwise. She grew up alongside her brother Abrecan, and her father, Wandering Heart, who got his namesake for his kindness towards others. The trio constantly wandered the land, with their father performing feats for villages and such they would pass, accepting food and clothes as payment for his deeds so that he could continue on helping others, and he quickly became a role model for Fhilwyda, training her and Abrecan in the ways of marauders. Her brother however was always mentally handicapped, and couldn't take care of himself very much, leading to her substituting as his mother while their father went on his missions for the day. Sadly, one day when she was only ten, her father never returned, and was presumed dead. Leaving the children homeless, and now orphans, they were found by refugees headed towards Ul'dah at the time, and tried to fit in among them. Sadly, they still had to mainly fend for themselves. Abrecan was able to find work helping merchants load and unload cargo from caravans due to his immense size, but in his state Fhilwyda had to be there when he received payment to make sure they received their fair wages. Their life didn't change until she was old enough to start helping with workloads, and eventually to training with the axe more to become a mercenary for merchants.

RELATIONS ♥ Romantic Interest    ♥ Platonic Love     ● Good Standing     ● Poor Standing ♥ Leroy Murrand - An Ishgardian Dragoon that Fhilwyda relentlessly picks on, he and Fhilwyda met when he took up residence in the company house. He now trains Fhilwyda in the dragoon ways, and is usually around should she (or he) need the other. She's taken a liking to the man, though his love for her will merely be platonic, but she hopes maybe one day she and he might share something more. ♥ ● Natsumi Yatsurugi- A Doman refugee whom she met through Ayla, she and Fhilwyda became close friends after meeting in a bar, as Ayla's name came up, and quickly sparked a friendship between the two women. ● Ayla Thatcher - A Gridanian Bard whom Fhilwyda met on her travels searching for her brother in Ishgard. Surprisingly, Ayla knew Abrecan from before he went missing, and since they've began talking she has become one of her closest friends and allies. ● Khalun Ejinn - A small Au'ra that joined Might and Magitek around the same time as her. Fhilwyda is always eager to talk to her and share a good drink (or few), and is a good friend. ● Nadi'a Lamore - A Mi'qote scoundrel that is dating Khalun, Fhilwyda has always kept an eye out for him, but feels he is mostly harmless and is really kind-hearted. ● Keimahl Sterrgeimwyn - The only other female Roegadyn in the company, she and Fhil have bonded numerous times, but most ending with Fhil going too far with her teasing. Hopefully she will learn to stop before Keim stops her. ● Sarantuya Avagnar - Another Au'ra from the company, Fhilwyda always loves how innocent she is, and loves to tease her whenever she gets the chance. She hopes that they will continue to grow as friends, and never wants to be on the wrong end of her gun. ● Gen Quickpaw - The leader of Might and Magitek, and one of the few people who truly intimidate Fhilwyda. She's still unsure what to make of him, but knows that he's more than a valuable ally. ●
