Appearance
Lahn is short for an Elezen, at just 6 fulm. She keeps her hair tied back and braided almost at all times, though if the braid was undone, her hair would reach past her shoulders. She wears glasses, moving to Limsa did not agree with her eyes, so used to the darker environs of the Twelveswood and her home. Due to recent events, her arms now bear scars, reaching near to the shoulder, although she is currently wearing long-sleeved clothes to hide this. She almost always carries her grimoire on her, a habit from her assessor days, and in a pouch she carries gems for summoning, a quill and ink, and a small wand for conjury.
Behaviour
Lahn isn't someone who's used to much physical contact beyond fighting, so she can get flustered or uncomfortable easily if someone catches her off guard. Her time with the Company however is certainly working to help with that. If asked, she would think she was a rather nice person, perhaps a bit motherly, but a coward who runs away from dealing with hard things. When she's tired, or stressed, she can get frustrated and snappy easily, and can make poor decisions. Despite telling others to not dwell on the past, she does this a lot herself, and a failure in her eyes will push her to train harder, or in fights, push herself beyond what she's actually capable of. Despite being an Arcanist, she doesn't particularly like reading, preferring information to come to her in a verbal format. She has a habit of nicknaming people based on her first impressions, if she doesn't know their name. She also has a habit of trailing off into philosophical tangents mid-conversation, a habit she's trying to break. A terrible liar, and terribly unlucky. She's very good at giving advice, but doesn't apply it to her own life.

Character
General
Lahn was a Duskwight having grown up in a cave with a family of mercenaries, about a bell's trek from Camp Tranquil. She spent her childhood between there and the Gridania city proper as she trained at Stillglade Fane. After the Calamity, however, she left the Twelveswood behind, taking up residence in Limsa Lominsa, and training as a field assessor at Mealvaan's Gate. During this time, she took the name Lahn, some having trouble with her birthname, Lahné. There she stayed until her father's death, and then she returned to the Twelveswood, this time in order to fill the shoes he had left in her family's crew. When a mission in Coerthas went arwy though, she left them, looking back to Limsa to find answers, where she crossed paths with the Company she's now employed with.

Combat
Lahn's preferred skillset is arcanima. Her years working at the Gate have accustomed her to working alongside a Carbuncle, which is getting a reputation of being vicious within the Company. She's taken conjury back up since she joined the Company also, relearning what she had been doing for her youth, but she doesn't yet feel comfortable enough to do it in the heat of battle unless she has to. She's recently requested to learn martial arts from Zakrin Aier, as a self-defense in case people get too close, and also to physically toughen her up some.
