Sardonic. Deceptive. Wicked.

Reproachful and flippant, Feine is often revered from afar. There is no warmth within an undead vessel, no kindness left to nurture. Betrayal has etched itself deeply into an unbeating heart bereft of compassion and humanity. Where once a select few could be called upon as trusted, there remains no hope within a soul made wretched and distrustful. People are regarded with an unrepentant demeanor; little more than cattle to be herded until an immoral hunger stirs and demands of Feine inhumane sustenance. Many are those received with blatant derision and eloquent witticism, as though the plight of mortals is of no importance or credence. This usually alludes to the misconception that he is egotistical, but it is simply hatred for the world that has wrought such uncouth wariness.

Those unfortunate to pique this creature’s interest will only find cryptic companionship. Not unlike the umbral element that he reigns, Feine oftentimes secludes himself and is prone to wanderlust. You will find no sympathy in him—and friendship is but a dream that which he has woken from. Where once his loyalty was incorruptible and unconditional, circumstance and fate have rebirthed a monster through their cruelty. Thus, Feine endeavors only to return the favor.

A P P E A R A N C E

Seekers of the Sun have always been renowned for their physical capabilities; they are the pinnacle of dexterity and strength, and excel in most areas of somatic activity—with a few exceptions. Feine is not one of those exceptions. He is a creature woven of lithe athleticism and elegant prowess, with a physique that conveys no less. Relatively tall of stature compared to others of his ilk, this subtly tanned Seeker stands at just over five-fulms and eight-ilms. Faceted by honed and agile muscle, with several discrete scars scattered along a taut torso.

One particularly noticeable scar sits diagonal between a pale brow and shockingly vibrant eyes. Droplets of peridot and turquoise framed by sooty sclerae, and the silken descent of an alabaster mane. Contrast to a snowy allure are also naturally black pigmented nails kept neatly trimmed, and ebon tattoos along the rightmost half of his body. He moves with a practiced and consciously soundless stride where permitted by terrain, and is oftentimes described as prowling. Everything about Feine bespeaks of a languid albeit confident feline, one that can be misleadingly complacent upon first glance. Do not forget that you’re in the presence of a monster and when provoked appearances can be most deceiving.

C O M B A T These are combative abilities. ■ Blademaster. Feine is a surefooted fighter capable of turning dance into death at a moment’s notice ■Grim. Beware the cloak forged of writhing darkness. In this state Grim enables Feine to traverse through neighboring shadows. Though, in exchange for its defensive properties Grim can solidify into a large dark-aspected scythe. Note: Attacks made by Grim are considered dark-aspected magic. ■Shadowmancy. By the remnant of a soulstone safeguarded within an undead vessel is he granted dominion over darkness. Shadows can be used to shroud Feine or allies, or impede enemies. Through them his sensory is also extended to their far reaches. Note: Feine can expand his sight, hearing and speech to ambient shadows. ■ R E S I S T A N C E S These are immunities & resistances. ■ Ironhide. Feine is exceedingly resistant to blunt attacks. ■ Plauge Eater. Poisons and maladies have no effect on him. ■ Dream Eater. Sleep inducing abilities and spells have no effect on him. ■ Dark Denizen. Dark magic and dark-aspected attacks have no effect on him. ■

P A S S I V E These are innate traits. ■ Enhanced Endurance. Sleepless and tireless, he requires no rest and can endure more punishment than a mortal. ■ Enhanced Strength. Fomorians are possessed of unholy strength and Feine is no exception. Stone can be pummeled and crushed with his bare fists, and armor can be mangled. ■ Mémoire Eater. He retains some of his victim’s memories after the consumption of their brain. ■ Undeath. His body can recover from injury at an increased rate compared to mortals. Note: This is dependent on the severity and cause of the injury, and his consumption of nourishment. Severed limbs cannot be regenerated but may be reattached. W E A K N E S S E S These are weaknesses. ■ Unholy. Holy magic and holy-aspected attacks have increased effectiveness against him. ■ Enkindled. Fire magic and fire-aspected attacks have increased effectiveness against him. ■ Subservient. Necromancers and those with dominion over the undead can turn Feine against his will.

P E R S O N A L    R P    E T I Q U E T T E My Do’s & Don’t’s Talk to me. I’m a firm believer that communication is key and collaboration is dependent on it. Be honest with me about the RP or any ideas you’d like to explore! OOC will always take priority over IC! Exceptions. While I’d consider myself a “mature roleplayer” there are a few exceptions and things I just won’t RP. First and foremost is any kind of romantic content, especially ERP. Any permanent damage, be it emotional or physical, must only be done with the writer's permission, as well! Plot-Driven. I love creating storylines, especially with my RP partners! “Tavern” RP can also be fun but I’d like to build upon those foundations and really get the characters involved in some misadventure together! Lore. I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve got a lot to learn about the world of Eorzea but also really enjoy adding my own flavor to the mix. While I won’t blatantly break any lore that I’m aware of, I do encourage creativity and uniqueness in my own characters. All I ask is that if you are very lore heavy, just be civil. If you notice something of mine contradicts the official lore in any way let me know. Gore. Everyone has their own personal preferences. By default Feine can be a very gory character (he literally eats people), but I’ve no problem censoring this or completely avoiding these aspects of his character if this in any way bothers you! Please just let me know so that I can provide a comfortable writing experience for you. Other Stuffs Posts. I tend to favor RP outside of the actual game and generally prefer doing most of my RPing on Skype. My posts can be considered “para” by RP standards. If you don’t like long or wordy replies just let me know and I’ll adjust accordingly! In-game you’ll find the length of my posts tend to lean toward only several lines. This is both to accommodate the flow of the RP and also be considerate of our RP surroundings, especially in crowded areas. Characters. Feine's got a slightly younger brother which I also RP. A brutal murder marked the unofficially dubbed “Beggar’s Alley” with a bloodied painting of a scythe upon the alley walls. Several beggars were found dismembered, but several more bore witness to the atrocity and still live to tell about it. ■ Garleans. To sate an unholy hunger, Feine was fed his first immoral meal... who happened to be a Garlean soldier stationed at an outpost. Before his untimely demise the soldier was able to radio in “The Reaper” as his murderer.
