GENERAL INFORMATION Ehfi Rhinsu (Pronunciation: Ee-fee Rin-suu), is a Miqo’te who is far more likely to be known for her guarded kindness. Basically, the sort of person who genuinely helps others while distancing oneself to protect themselves. She’s a soft-spoken individual, far more keen to listen and watch that run her mouth. She clearly has shown the ability to keep her facial expressions fairly neutral with finding smiles easily. What she does in her spare time is often not shared to others, but it’s really just something like working a loom or taking care of the plants in areas she frequents. APPEARANCE This fair Miqo’te is clearly Keeper of the Moon. Her eyes are often wide enough to show that her pupils are round and does not have a whole lot of pupil exposure. Ehfi has white colored markings at her cheekbone area off to the side that are crescents that are an ilm apart that do stand out on her pale skin tone. She stands at five fulms and two ilms. Her hair is blonde and she likes to keep her hair around shoulder length, the length shows that the ends curl just slightly. She has a beauty mark at the left side of her mouth and ilm or two below the corner of her mouth. She does have a light dusting of freckles across her face. She has heterochromia; right would be green and left would be gray. PERSONALITY Ehfi is someone who is private about her personal affairs. What is plain to see, is plain to see. What she feels like telling would be up to her. She is as honest as she feels she needs, and that tends to lean being honest in general. She is a quiet one, enough so that she tends to listen far more than speak. She isn’t shy, but she can give off that impression. She is friendly and adaptable overall. She sometimes becomes playful when the situation calls for. She just easily becomes guilty if the playfulness irritates or accidentally hurts others. This Miqo’te is not someone who would often assume. She’ll wait for when a clarification comes around. If they never do, Ehfi will be observing until she can reach a conclusion. If someone tells her that she is wrong, she reflects. She is someone who fully believes that there is room to learn more, and when she reflects she is looking at it in a different way. Would it change her mind in the end? Sometimes. It doesn’t change that she has considered what the avenue of choice may lead her; that is the hardest thing to change her mind. One of the major things about Ehfi is that she is altruistic. Enough so that the demeanor of a person does not truly stop her. Her patience pairs with a degree of stubbornness that allows her to do her job for the occasional stubborn person. Ehfi's insightfulness becomes blinded when she becomes exhausted. She is someone who rather be cunning and not outright physical force to interact with others. Does she enjoy the situations that she has to act? Not really. Ehfi is someone who understands situations sometimes need something different. The only thing is that Ehfi prefers situations which she can be honest. All in all, Ehfi is not one to boast about herself. Her modesty exasperates the wish to keep what is personal to be private. She doesn’t raise much of a fuss when she is being flirted with; as long as it stays as words. Should someone lays it on her thick, Ehfi will ask along the lines of 'What do you want?' Ehfi is fierce and protective where it counts. It’s really easy for her to slip into a role of responsibility; even the role of peacekeeper should those that she is working with bicker. It is times like that she is really for no-nonsense. This conjurer is certainly not known for her temper. Ehfi’s temper is heavily influenced with discipline. She knows better than to entirely lash out at someone, words are often used before any physical, or aetheric, means. It does not mean that there are not times in which she will fight with her whole self. She’s never one to prolong any conflict. She wants it to end as soon as possible. She’s never someone to gloat if she bested someone. She isn't too happy when she has to land killing blows on people; just feel bad about it, but the battlefield is still the battlefield. LIKES Morning-glories. Ehfi just likes morning-glories. There are a lot of types of morning-glories too. Meditating. While conjurers do meditate for a portion of their training to have a foundation; Ehfi does it more than just for conjury. She taken to meditating so she can have a moment of peace. Reading. Ehfi really enjoys reading. Her subject matter often would be taken as studying; she would call it as how others see it. She'll give other genres a shot. Just don’t be surprised if she makes faces here and there. Dusk. This period before nightfall would be the time in which she is the most comfortable. Less of an issue with her eyes being more built for the night than day. It always helps that she enjoys the night sky whenever she can see it. DISLIKES Wearing Hats. Specifically, the kinds of hats that will require her to have her ears covered. She almost always have her ears moving. The hats that cover her ears make it so she cannot really move her ears a whole lot, and maybe muffle things a little bit. Slavers. This group of people is the quickest way to see her make comments that could make someone stare at her in a second. She absolute abhors these types of people. She shouldn't have to explain why she abhors them. Noon. The time in which the sun is at the highest point in the sky, means that it is at it’s brightest as well. Ehfi dislikes noon as it does mess with her sight in a way. She is a bit more careful and she is far more likely to wear a mask that would break that light from her eyes a little more. If she can help it, she wakes up in the afternoon for everyone who is not nocturnal. DISLIKE. TEXT STRENGTHS Compassion. It is guaranteed that if Ehfi can find a way to aid another, within reason, that Ehfi will lend aid. She will help those who will accept it and sometimes she will insist...depending. Conjury. Be it in the offensive manner or the mending of wounds, Ehfi’s skill in conjury is a strength of hers. Quick-Footed. Ehfi tends to be quick in her movements when she needs to be. There is a such a thing as the tactic to go after the healer, so she has to be quick. There has already been situations in which sparing be drawn out because she would dance away from the blows. STRENGTH. TEXT WEAKNESSES Restrained Temper. Ehfi does have a temper, only she keeps a tight chain on it. Constructive channeling will give Ehfi no reason to retreat away, but when it is unconstructive- expect an apology before she retreats away.. Reserved. Ehfi’s reserved nature can spook individuals at times. Most of it could be only due Ehfi doesn’t show any real signs that would give a clear warning when annoyed. That nature does not make it easy to understand her at a glance. It also makes her not willing to share much at all, example would be if she is experiencing a problem. It is a nice counter to stop her from being senselessly kind. Compassion. Her compassion is a weakness as much as it is a strength. There are some foreseeable trouble that can arise from her default on being kind to others. Occasional Spite. Ehfi is someone who has her moments when she becomes spiteful. A lot of the time, she will pick what may- in hindsight- be the one thing that would get the focus on her for a moment. Like if there is the impression of valued looks, Ehfi will take a shot to have stone shards to the face. The focus afterwards, well...She’s likely not going to be able to dodge and the aftermath of those actions in spite often are the most painful. Mythril Dagger: The dagger has morning-glories engraving coiled where it does not weaken the blade or the structure. Sewing Kit: A small square shaped wooden box that is large enough for three spools of thread, a smaller patch of fabric with a waxy coat to protect a total of five needles carefully pinned to the fabric with the ends inside. These are the key relationships, but there are more likely to be others related in someway. They are more likely to be NPCs or I have granted permission to a player to create the character and play as them. If I haven’t, well the name is surely coincidence. LIST OF FAMILY MEMBERS Valih Rhinsu Grandmother. ( ♥✔🔒 ❖ ) Ehfi’s Thoughts: "My grandmother was my teacher, and those that were her friends before her passing have been introduced as friends of the family. Some even extended family..." Valih and Ehfi had always got along well, even when the role of grandmother and mentor called for a stern demeanor from Valih. Valih is a woman who believe in the importance of freedom, but to also extend the understanding that there are boundaries. Not everything and everyone are one and the same with their wants and needs. The Calamity would mark in which her grandmother had died and mark when Ehfi had to also go to Stillglade Fane to study. Sifah Rhinsu Mother. ( ♥✔🔒 ) Ehfi’s Thoughts: "My mother has always been a mix of fierceness and gentleness. I would rather keep in touch that have my mother fret over me." Sifah primarily raised her children, even if she had helped from her mother and her three sisters. Her sisters were not an active point in the roles of Sifah’s children; By the time Ehfi came around, Sifah’s sisters had to focus on their own children. Sifah is willing to provide support for her children after they become of age, as she does with her eldest and Ehfi. Rhaya’to Zhwan Father. ( ♥ ● ) Ehfi’s Thoughts: "He’s always been good to my mom, and helped when needed. He just never quite got close? Maybe he didn’t want to stress us with him missing?" Rhaya’to have not been a constant in Ehfi’s life. The Keepers of the Moon that Ehfi is familiar with are the ones that have their males may travel quickly. Rhaya’to is one of those males who traveled, with skill enough to defend himself- but he enjoyed music far more than slinking in the shadows. Granted, he doesn’t stay away from the small Rhinsu family for very long periods of time. He spends time with Sifah mostly, but he does what he can to assist with the kids when he is around. She doesn’t really know him, but she wouldn’t mind if she got to know him. Just so that she can say that she knows him rather than his face and voice. Kehja Rhinsu Sister. ( ♥✔🔒 ) Ehfi’s Thoughts: "She’s the eldest daughter- Kehja and I share a father too. She doesn’t use aether really, but she is the responsible hunter in my family." Description Sifah’a Rhinsu Brother. ( ♥✔🔒 ) Ehfi’s Thoughts: "My older brother. He has a love for music, but it’s been almost three years since I last heard from him." Description Osha Rhinsu Sister. Those that I have listed have significant sort of impact on Ehfi, so I apologize to those that are not listed. I am sometimes slow with updating this section, and working through opinions. LIST OF NON-FAMILY RELATIONS Arzilia Rausten, My friend Arzi. ( ✔ 🔒 ) Ehfi’s Thoughts: "She looked out for me when I was only started with getting involved with larger things than just guarding a caravan. She would make sure that I took care of myself and cover if I am short for an inn when needed.." Arzilia became fast friends with Ehfi during the time of Ehfi’s free-lancing; before Ehfi signed up with the Pathfinders. Ehfi wasn’t too free with her trust when she had to rely on herself to make sure she will not have a bad deal and Arzilia’s care-free and friendly nature while they protected a caravan that they were hired to protect had clearly gotten past Ehfi’s guards. While to two are not in contact a lot, Arzilia did give Ehfi a linkpearl to contact her; should Ehfi ever need to or just to communicate. Ehfi just haven’t put in contact due to Pathfinders keeping her busy. Arzilia became fast friends with Ehfi during the time of Ehfi’s free-lancing; before Ehfi signed up with the Pathfinders. Eaubront Shopont, Her Lover/Boyfriend. ( ♥ ♥ $ 🔒 ♥ ) Ehfi’s Thoughts: "I really do love him. There are situations that make me worry for him, but I already know to wait and see.." Initially, the two got to know each other without much prodding into the past. What came next would be the subtle to not-so subtle flirting, and the stepping in the way of danger on Eaubront’s half. During that time, Ehfi was figuring what she feels about him- all she knew is that she enjoyed his company a lot. When that was decided, well, she had a far subtle way of flirting that It taken at least three moons for them to confess, after a near death encounter on Eaubront's side. Things are taken a sun at a time, for Ehfi. To her, she just loves Eaubront the way he is. One of the things about him in their relationship is he never expects her taking to being affectionate and she enjoys his stall of surprise. Any fuck-ups that has happened most likely how it is viewed, but if there is a true one- well. Ehfi is the one who keeps communication open. Not really surprising for her to open up to Eaubront. Josiah Covey, The Selfless Fighter. ( ✔ 🔒 ) Ehfi’s Thoughts: "Honestly, he worries me - Sometimes he doesn’t take care of his wounds.." Ever since these two met, Ehfi's been mending the injuries that Josiah cannot avoid hiding from her. They are similar in the way of being quieter than most, as well as the tendency to show compassion. The time that she has known Josiah- she'll happily refer to him as a friend. Zigovali Rigovali, Zigo. ( $ ✔ ) Ehfi’s Thoughts: "Zigo is good to work with...frustration does allow generalizations to happen..." For the time that Ehfi had met Zigo, she could just tell that there is charisma. She’s not surprised that Zigo has his contacts for things- but he does do resolve the issue with far less trouble. That is commendable to Ehfi; shame that situations she finds herself in could never be calmed down. So, Ehfi has no trouble with giving her help to Zigo...and she can understand working in favors. It’s just that she doesn’t really bother with a repayment system for her assistance. S'kye S'yoponi, S’kye. ( $ ✔ 🔒) Ehfi’s Thoughts: "She does say stuff to put me on edge, but I cannot exactly hold it against her until she actually does. Other then that, she is fun to work with." S’kye’s energy is the very first thing that stood out in meeting with Ehfi. Not only that, but it has become a sort of action to make sure S’kye doesn’t drink. At all. After a night. S’kye is also the sort that will insist upon Ehfi to not hold back during a spar, and it resulted the lalafell getting catapulted around the room with gravity. Then there is pranking with face paint. Ehfi did nothing to stop it but it was amusing all the while. All in all, S’kye has been very much an enigma in terms of what to expect. There is also something about S’kye that Ehfi has already put pieces together...just Ehfi doesn’t see a time that she should guide S’kye yet to the past that is not remembered. College Student.College takes higher regard to role-playing. Currently in Health Sciences major, but it is what i need to start the RN classes. This will take me maybe two and a half years. Job searching. This just means that outside of college, I don’t have anything going on. I will be continuing to seek employment and that will cut into the time that I am online down quickly. Separate IC and OOC. While I might refer to people as the character I met them through in conversation, I don’t let the actions of IC affect my view of someone OOC. For the reverse, please do not be surprised if I pull back. Sometimes OOC attitudes bleed into IC, no matter how one may try against it. I’ve seen it happen and have it happen to me. GUIDELINES Overall, I'm pretty lax as far as guidelines go. There is not an extensive list of 'Do's or 'Don't's or things that I personally find very uncomfortable. There is a higher chance that you won't offend me or make me uncomfortable unless you're trying to or just being really skeevy in general. Nonetheless, for the sake of making sure everyone's on the same page here, let me make a few mentions in particular: I WILL NOT... Maiming/Character Death. Ehfi only been active for events for what I would say a short time, and I have yet to begin a character arc for her. Serious maiming and death is not on the table for her. I will gladly compromise and lock myself out of RP for only three months for the extensive recovery. Likewise, do not expect me to aim toward maiming or killing your character. Unless you communicate otherwise. Tolerate Godmodding/metagaming/powerplay. Generally, characters have limits. They cannot keep dodging forever, cannot keep hitting with extreme force. Nor does the character would know OOC knowledge- preferably keep the IC and OOC separate. Play the character that belongs to you, and I will play mine. I avoid doing any of these, and if you see me make a hit- there is OOC communication behind it. If there is control of another’s character...it is barebones of situationals and only for events if internet connection or something comes up- this one I feel uncomfortable with...but numbers in encounters are sometimes needed. Outside storytelling elements Storytelling for a character is important. The sort that I am saying is that as long as there is a plot/reason for something to be done, I am game. No plot/reason- well you will find me dismissing myself. I WILL... Communicate. If there is an idea to something about the scene is making me uncomfortable, I will say something. I will be apologetic if it is something making me uncomfortable, but I will say something. Granted, I am likely to leave people alone in the world as I run about, as I cannot always be the person to contact first. Story-based. It is worth to repeat, that as long as there is a reason/plot for something to be done- I will do it. Need to have a vile character that hits Ehfi’s dislikes to have some severe scarring? Want someone who is essentially a wandering healer? Gladly will have Ehfi heal, and you don’t have to worry about repayment. Want to make Ehfi accept repayment because of perceived debts?
