Alignment Chaotic Neutral Occupation Morally ambiguous adventurer Server Balmung Appearance By Lalafell standards and certainly not by Balmung standards, Nomi is considered short at a pathetic ninety centimeters or so when stood absolutely straight. Like his sister and his deadbeat father, his eyes are a brilliant gold and are protected by the same glossy layer all Dunesfolk are blessed with. While on the subject of Dunesfolk, several years spent in Thanalan have resulted in him sporting quite the tan though he still pales in comparison (geddit?) to people who've lived there for the entirety of their lives. Another gift his father passed down to him via genetics was golden hair that matched his eyes pretty darn well, but he's taken to keeping it dyed brown as of recently. Probably because it looks better. Possibly the thing that stands out the most about Nomi's apperance is the fact he's seemingly blessed with the most androgynous of facial features, which often leads to much in the way of confusion once people find out that he is actually a dude. Some people still can't make up their mind about what gender he truly is, which the Lalafell seems to enjoy immensely. Perhaps if he got a haircut, people might have an easier time realising he's totally not a girl, but that's never going to happen. Speaking of his hair, it reaches down to his shoulders and rumours have formed that many a person has withered away due to spending too much time playing with his luscious locks. Don't try and resist his hair, it's perfection incarnate. Or so his over-inflated ego thinks, anyway. Apart from the few freckles that decorate his ickle face, Nomi is pretty much clear of imperfections, atleast until his left arm is exposed to the world. Near said arm's shoulder, is a rather nasty looking scar that is visible on both sides, a memento to the time he received his first and hopefully last arm piercing. While on the subject of piercings, Nomi seems rather keen on ear-based ones judging by the two rings adorning his left ear as well as whatever else he feels like wearing that day, provided it's part of a pair. His piercings are pretty rad. He's not quite sure when it happened, but a strange set of black markings popped up on the underside of his left wrist at some point. Either he got himself a drunken tattoo in some foreign language that probably translates into spaghetti or something equally as not-good-for-tattoos, or there's an actual purpose behind it. Who can say? He definitely can. Behavior A liar, a teller of tall tales and a Lalafell of so many faces that only a very select few have had the chance to interact with him when he's truly himself. Nomi is the kind of person who chooses to live his life with few truths being told and it's become something he'll probably never grow out of, simply because things are much easier this way. There isn't any denying that the little guy has come a very long way and changed so much since he first started travelling across Eorzea, thanks to the various reasons he's had for actually bothering to mature and stop being such a gloomy little shit who refuses to believe anything can improve. There are few things that seem to remain constant, no matter who he's interacting with or what mask he's donning at the time and those are unmeasurable levels of cheek, a desire to try and make light of every situation and a hell of an attitude. Thus, it's awful difficult for most people to actually put up with his company for extended periods of time without feeling an overwhelming urge to grind his face into any nearby hard surface. Deep down, he's quite the caring individual and that's quite possibly why he began lying so much in the first place, since hurting people he cares about is one of the few things he tears himself up over. Speaking of such, he's also very protective of the few people he actually names friends and will do a great many things for them, even if he doesn't act like such is the case for the vast majority of the time. Perhaps there's still a good person hiding away below all the things that portray him as an absolute ass? Who knows. Pre-Calamity He was born somewhere. Post-Calamity He adventured a lot.
