Chief Flame Sergeant Osric Melkire is a Lominsan native who found his way to Ul'dah shortly after the Calamity. Driven from his home at the age of twenty, he stowed away on a ferry to Vesper Bay and was immediately arrested upon arrival. His plea for asylum was granted in exchange for lifetime enlistment with the Immortal Flames. Osric views Ul'dah as his home, has pledged himself to the Jewel of the Desert, and now serves with The Red Wings.
