P E R S O N A L I T Y
Nearly every facet of Edda's personality is a finely crafted front. Raised by her father to be a perfect - but never accessible - lady, she is vastly out of touch with her own emotions, and refuses to share the worst of her thoughts and fears with anyone, believing them to be of little importance to anyone else, and a detriment to what she is meant to be. As a woman who places her duty before all else, Edda comes across as a very distant and lonely person.
Despite this, Edda maintains a very welcoming and pleasant bearing, and typically wears a smile on her face. She is both patient and kind, and always willing to lend an ear or a hand whenever asked. While she struggles to fight against her natural coldness and shyness, she enjoys conversing with people from different walks of life, and treats all those she meets with the manners that have been drilled into her. This of course, can be a double edged sword. Edda is quick to change her opinion of those who display an abundant lack of manners or any sort of adverse behavior, and will be to cold to such individuals, or even outright hostile. She is heavily territorial when it comes to her employees or those under her association, even when it comes to those she is close to. Her words can become exceedingly harsh when she is provoked, and though it takes much to get her there, it is very much like the flip of a switch.
More often than not, Edda gives the first impression of being a kind person, but frigid and easily forgotten. Out of fear for herself, as well as a complete inability to do so even if she wanted, her true self lies buried beneath several layers of fragile facades. However, at her core lies an affectionate and gentle girl that cannot be honest with herself, or others.

L I K E S

Sweets and Pastries. Her diet could consist entirely of them, if given the choice.
Traveling. She is not used to getting out much, so any chance to see a new sight is greatly valued by her.
Feeling Useful. Something she does not get to do very often.
Fashion. Will admire her own and others for days, and will wear anything at least once.
Hugs. She will never admit to this. Ever.

D I S L I K E S

The Rude. An egregious lack of manners will be taken as an offense - especially if displayed to those she is close to.
Trial by Fire. Stress wears heavily on her facade. She does not appreciate it.
Being in Danger. Once was more than enough, but she has come to accept it may happen again.
Filth. Cleanliness is Godliness.
Garlemald. Any reference to it will set her into a black mood.

F E A R S

Being Forgotten. A driving force behind her.
Death. She may talk big game, but she is always aware of this fear.
Dodos. One or two are fine, but any more than that at a time will send her into hysterics.
Sleep. A recent development, the dreams that come with it plague her thoughts.
Herself. No one truly knows her, least of all herself. A realization that haunts her.

S T R E N G T H S

Caring. Though she does her best to hide it, she holds a great deal of affection in her heart.
Generous. She is not afraid to use her wealth to do any amount of good.
Willful. Edda is relentless when it comes to doing something she believes what must be done.
Helpful. Eager to please and always willing to lend a hand in any way she can.
Her Mask. The outer shell she wears protects her heart and mind... or so she thinks.

W E A K N E S S E S

Dense. Sexual innuendo and suggestions will not get through to this one.
Self-Loathing. In her eyes, there is no one more wretched than she.
Overly Obedient. If someone she respects and cares for tells her to do something stupid, she will.
Self-Righteous. Those that provoke her will have to deal with this side of her, whether they deserve it or not.
Her Mask. It keeps hurt from coming in, but it distances her emotionally from others.

Q U I R K S

Voracious Eater. Can devour a third of her weight with alarming ease... if not properly supervised.
Cloistered. Many things about the common world confuse her to no end.
Clumsy. Normally graceful, highly uneven terrain will cause her to wipeout spectacularly.
Educated. Received rigorous education in a wide array of subjects and skills for most of her life.
Hypocrite. Quick to dole out advice and wisdom she does not follow.

A P P E A R A N C E
Always kept prim and proper by doting servants and her own practiced touch, Edda maintains a constant appearance of nobility. She is slightly tall for a Midlander, which is only accentuated by her impeccable posture. Despite her slim build, she is unusually curvaceous, a point to which she does not enjoy bringing attention, but is still generally oblivious to. Her facial structure is sharp and regal, offset by gentle green eyes and a typically placid expression. With pale skin and light blonde hair, Edda overall has the appearance of a fragile doll, and one not at all used to the struggles and dangers of the common citizen. This is further enhanced by her persistently clean and well-groomed presentation. Her most defining feature (depending on what she is currently wearing, anyway) is a small birthmark under her right eye, which she frequently forgets about. While she is typically described as beautiful in an objective sense, she is by no means alluring, her naturally frigid aura cancelling out whatever benefits her looks may give her.
As expected of one in her position, Edda has a great love of well-tailored and feminine clothes. She generally prefers skirts and dresses - lace, frills, ribbons, silks; the more of them, the better. Preferring lighter colors such as pinks, greens and whites, all of her clothing seems unnaturally clean at all times, as if dirt and grime never touch her. However, recently Edda has taken to wearing more ergonomic designs. They are still made out of the finest materials, but she stands out less, and appears more approachable. She will wear anything at least once, and holds no reservations about showing off her body - so long as no attention is called to this fact. Self-consciousness comes quick to her, and any untoward comments about her appearance will more often than not cause her to flee.
C O M B A T
To say Edda is not suited for combat would be a gross understatement. Despite being trained in a number of different fighting styles, almost all of them were for show only, her knowledge having no application in an actual fight. Though she does not fear combat in and of itself, she does fear being the target of physical harm. With a strong affinity for magick, Edda has a strong desire to aid her allies when she can, however, she sadly has all the combat savvy of a level 3 chigoe..

C O N J U R Y

Both Edda and her brother were born with an innate talent for conjury, a trait that has been prevalent in the family for some generations. She received rather slipshod training from an arcanist in her earlier years, and therefor possesses little knowledge of the art in both practice and theory. Despite a monstrous amount of latent talent with the art, she is currently quite mediocre at it, starting from the beginning in order to unlearn her poor habits.

T H A U M A T U R G Y

Edda has only received light training in thaumaturgy, to the point where she is only able to produce the weakest possible manifestations of common spells. However, she enjoys and is interested in studying it. As of now she has no time or means to, and is further held back by her father's distaste of thaumaturgy due to its association with Ul'dah.

F E N C I N G

Taught more as a physical activity for the sake of keeping in shape than a means to defend herself, Edda is perfectly average at this. While her form is fluid and graceful, she lacks the strength and agility needed to make actual use of this skill. At the very least, she knows which end is the pointy one.

A R C H E R Y

With the limp noodles she calls arms, Edda is none too good at wielding a bow. The art was drilled in to her at a young age for the sake of showmanship and hunting for sport. Her aim and capability is good enough, but she tires easily from it, and finds her body not at all suited for it.

S K I L L S
While she may be a complete failure when it comes to marital prowess, Edda is highly skilled in a wide array of skills, ranging from useless to helpful, her talents in them ranging from amateur to master. Her plethora of abilities and know-how is due to her rigid and extensive education, given to her with the hopes that she would revered and respected, and a prime candidate for wealth and marriage.

W E A V I N G

The primary trade of the Eglantine family, Edda is a skilled and deft seamstress, having started her training at a very young age. Her education in the art extended to both design, the history of fashion, as well as being able to identify cloth from touch alone. Her main area of expertise is working with rare and expensive materials, but she struggles with common cloth and creating clothing more oriented for wear and tear.

E N C H A N T I N G

The secondary, and rather secret trade skill of her family. It was through her training in enchanting that Edda became quite skilled in aether manipulation. However, the why's and how's of this skill are kept a closely-guarded secret - it is not something she is wont to talk about, let alone mention. The family's employ of this art is not well-known.

M U S I C

Any proper lady worth her salt has an inclination towards music. For the sake of appearing more desirable, then later due to her own passion, Edda trained extensively in the piano. She is also adept at the violin, flute, and harp, though not nearly as much as she is with the piano. Her father expects her to perform rigidly for guests, but Edda is liable to always play from the heart, which is perhaps the only way she is able to communicate her true feelings without saying anything.

E T I Q U E T T E

When at home or in similar social settings, Edda's natural rigidity increases tenfold. She appreciates good manners, in part due to her extended exposure to them, and because she truly believes they are important. Nearly every action she takes and word she speaks is calculated. Recently she has been attempting to shed this habit with those she is close to, with varying results.

"Well... she is certainly shy no longer." -- Coatleque Crofte

"Ms. Edda? She seems... distant'n sad a lot. S-still! She seems like a nice 'nuff person ta me! Maybe she jus' needs more frands! ... Maybe I can be her frand." -- Chachanji Gegenji
"Edda Lady... She is calm, wealthy, and made a strange face when I said I came from near Othard... If you see her, tell her I am sorry. I threw Memeli into her. Also, to please forget what she saw in the Wench." -- Virara Wakuwa

"Miss is a woman and mistress of singular sensitivity and ambition. I do, however, suspect a lifelong overexposure to disingenuous verbal rhetoric has soured her taste for direct expression. If you wish to know Miss's feelings, I suggest you analyze not her words, but her actions." -- Gideon North

"I am quite fond of Edda, truly, though... when I watch others about her, I find myself wondering if they pay any heed or merely presume to understand. The things some of them say... you would assume they simply look through her. I like it not." -- Ashmira Honzen
"Ms. Edda is...well. A lovely woman I'd do anything to see opening up. The mask she forces herself to wear and the self-loathing that comes with it...they could go away. Should go away." -- Leanne Delphium
"Lady Edda? Of course!" she looks rather bashful, "The first time I met her I mistook her for someone I had just met. She was so nice really, and it was only later that I realized it! I mean how could you confuse someone so pretty for someone else?? Aaaaanyway, I know that the Coral people seem to really know her well, and she has friends just everywhere! I was once lucky enough to spend an evening with her and she was really pleasant and fun! We had our fortunes taken in Limsa Lominsa!" she giggles happily, "it was just terrific!" -- Aya Foxheart
"M-Miss Edda? Just what are you on about?! You can't just go stalking whomever y-... y... o-oh. Well, I suppose... I may have spoken a bit hastily. A-anyroad, Miss Edda? She's a wonderful person, not at all what you'd expect with a lady of... of such wealthy upbringing! Though, she does seem rather melancholic at times... perhaps I should do something to cheer her up? Perhaps a cake! H-having a cake baked for them always seems to cheer up m-my... um, friends..." -- Chuchukepa Hohokepa
"One like the caged bird consigned to freedom, she does not sing life. No, instead she fears it." -- Inconspicuous Flame Private
"Some folks are as steel. Others are more like t'stained glass: can't ever be sure they ain't soon t'break, what with how fragile they may... or may not... be. Some panes hold better than others." -- Osric Melkire
"Have known Lady Edda for many moons. I feel I am one of the closest people to her, but I know so little about her. Forgive me, not really what you were asking for was it? One thing that might help is if she is smiling, then she is upset. Unless it is at a cake; cake smiles are genuine. She. She deserves to know how to smile at other things." -- Jancis Milburga
"I find her to be quite the intriguing individual. I know very little of her past or of her present affairs for that matter...yet I do know that she carries herself with dignity and grace. I hope to have tea with her again in the future." -- Graeham Ridgefield

Please note that Edda is quite reserved when it comes to friendship. She is not quite sure what it means to have one, and though she may consider your character a friend, and treat them as one, that does not mean she will refer to them as such in person.

R E L A T I O N S (NPC)
  Eamon Eglantine ( ) - Father
The current head of the family, Eamon is a proud, draconian man that would stop at nothing in order to increase his wealth and influence. Taking after his grandmother in his micromanagement of family affairs, he is by far the most influential person to Edda. She both loves and fears her father, who she knows went through great pains to see to her education and well-being, but also restricted her from living more freely. While she is loathe to admit it, she depends heavily on her father for enabling her lavish lifestyle and her current freedom. She has little doubt Eamon loves her dearly, but the rift caused by the death of her brother has caused him to be more callous toward her. He currently sees Edda as little more than an asset, until she can prove that she is worthy of his total trust.
  Marian Eglantine ( ) - Mother
Edda's mother married into the Eglantine family at a young age. The second eldest daughter of a chocobo breeding dynasty from Gridania, Marian was no stranger to the luxurious lifestyle her soon-to-be husband enjoyed. Miraculously, the two managed to get along. Marian was once a vibrant and passionate woman, however, following the Calamity, she lost much of vivacity and now easily succumbs to illness. Though Edda loves her mother, feeling closer to her than her father, there is a sickness in Marian's mind that frightens Edda. As such, she does her best to avoid prolonged interactions with her mother, despite the great cavity of sadness it has left in her heart.
  Esmond Eglantine ( ? ) - Dearest Brother
The eldest child and original heir to the family business. Esmond was much beloved by his family and friends, and Edda was no exception. Granted a significant degree of freedom compared to his siblings, Esmond was very much the golden child of the family; kind, talented, and sharp, he had a particularly close relationship with Edda, the two being close in age. As he was allowed to pursue his inherent gift for conjury in Gridania, Edda encouraged her brother to use his skills for good and led his aid to the defense against Garlemald. He perished during the Calamity, his body having never been recovered. His death caused a great rift to form within the family and remains a point of contention between them.
  Ennis Eglantine ( ? ) - Sister
Edda’s younger sister. Maligned with poor health since she was a child, Ennis was eventually confined to their manor so she could be closely monitored. Forced to share her fate due to family tradition, Edda came to resent her sister, although this is not something she is acutely aware of. While Ennis is unhealthy, her talent with people and business are a cut above Edda’s own, despite her rather abrasive personality. Ennis holds Edda responsible for the death of Esmond, whom the youngest loved, and enjoys reminding her sister of this fact. Suffers from an acute case of Breast Envy.
  Faucillien ( ) - Chief Retainer
The current Head of Staff at the Eglantine manor. His family has spent many generations serving the Eglantines, and Faucillien is no exception. He takes great pride in his work and holds Eamon in high esteem, agreeing vehemently with nearly everything the man says or does. Faucillien would oversee Eamon's own teaching of Edda should the man be busy, and was just as much, if not more so, strict in his schooling. As such, Edda fears him to this day, and avoids him for that reason, as well as another.
  Carvallain ( ) - Lost Retainer
Faucillien's first son, and Esmond's chief retainer. Though she did not see him often, as her brother was usually away or busy, Carvallain always treated Edda particularly well - a trait Esmond frequently teased him for. Though she was blithely unaware of it then, and still is now, Edda had quite the crush on him. He accompanied Esmond to Gridania during the Calamity, and perished alongside him.
  Noirterel ( ) - Dependable
Faucillien's second son, and the retainer that has served Edda most closely since she was a young girl. He takes after his father in that he is both stoic and unapproachable. A man of considerable talents, he is less beloved by his father for not meeting his standards despite his efforts to. As such, Noirterel and Edda have a shared connection through that common ground, and both have a soft spot for each other (though they have bizarre ways of showing it). Edda relies on him greatly.
  M'jhimei ( ) - Old Crone
Another retainer of Edda's, an elderly miqo'te woman that tends to Edda's day-to-day hygienic and appearance-based needs. She is a woman of few words, her face set in a perpetual look of annoyance. She tormented Edda during her younger years by pulling her hair and flicking the back of her head while tending to her. Despite Edda's complaints to her father about M'jhimei's behavior, she was never fired, most likely due to her skill and speedy work.
R E L A T I O N S (PC)
  Ameline Valtin ( ) - Mysterious Lancer
Though their one-on-one conversations have been few and far in-between, Edda has become acquainted with the elezen woman through mutual contacts and seeing her perform at varying events. She regards Ameline highly, thinking her well-spoken, polite, and wise - all traits she places high value on. However, it is due to this that Edda also finds her somewhat intimidating, her manner of speech and wide array of skills as impressive as they are daunting. Still, she enjoys the elezen's company, and wishes to know more about her.
  Ashmira Honzen ( ? ) - Whimsical Star
A rather sudden acquaintance of Edda's, the Au Ra woman seems to have taken an interest in her, though to what end remains to be seen. Edda enjoys her company, finding her to be both exotic and kind, her aura both warm and nurturing. The two have spoken many times recently, more than Edda is used to than with anyone else. She considers Ashmira to be a friend, and trusts her more than she lets on. There is something curious abut the woman, though Edda is not quite sure what that is.
  Banquo ( ) - Shady Merchant
Far and away the master from good first impressions, Edda's opinion of the man was instantly soured at their very first meeting. His genius plan of action of goading Edda into handing Gideon North over to Banquo's employ was a poor one. Edda finds his attempt at mystery both shady and malicious. It does leave her with a lingering sense of interest when she converses with the man, a point that upsets her, as she knows that is most likely his intention. She does not trust the man farther than she can throw him, and takes great care in letting him know this at every opportunity.
Chachanji Gegenji ( ) - Of Stout Heart
Though Edda has not had many opportunities with him, she thinks quite highly of the young man. His drive to do good and genial treatment of everyone, even those who do not necessarily deserve it, are somewhat of an inspiration. His perplexity towards some things is something with which Edda can relate. She finds him to be a pure individual, possessing a heart that could easily be colored. As such, she is somewhat hesitant to speak to him with great honesty.
  Chuchukepa Hohokepa ( ) - Bumbling Mage
Somewhat of an enigma. The lalafell is an honest but nervous-seeming man, almost cowardly at times. His rivalry with Memeli and inability to handle hers and Virara's antics are both highly amusing and curious. When alone, the man shows considerable wisdom and empathy, leading Edda to believe something much deeper lies beyond his fussy facade. She enjoys teasing him, even doing so unwittingly at times.
  Coatleque Crofte ( ? ) - "That Woman"
Edda's interactions with this woman have been short and sparse. She holds the paladin in high esteem, however, citing both her friendship with Jancis, as well as her no-nonsense and virtuous demeanor. It was clear Edda trusted the woman far more than she could ever hope to let on, and she felt helpless at seeing the woman so heartbroken over the disappearance of her lover. Then, as fate would have it, Edda found her lover was none other than the same man her father had chosen for her. While her opinion of Coatleque did not suffer, it placed great strain on Edda to interact with the woman, and she eventually revealed the truth to her in the worst way ever. Now, Edda is sure Crofte holds nothing but hate towards her, and would love to avoid the paladin and her scorn for as long as she is able to. The guilt she feels from the current affair is immense, and only furthers her own beliefs that she is a monster. In more recent events, whether through manipulation or sheer misunderstanding, Edda's opinion of the woman has severely deteriorated. While she is aware that she is the enemy in the paladin's eyes, Edda cares little for passive aggressive lies and commentary - especially from one who should know better. Though Edda does not see her has a threat, she does not trust her nor James to discard their passion for one another, and is ever ready to accept the consequences of such.
  Edmont Sondraix ( ) - Dashing, Dangerous
A rogue-like but... surprisingly well-spoken man Edda encountered at The Drowning Wench. His playful dodging of questions and teasing managed to aggravate and intrigue Edda all in one go. Upon further investigation into his history with the Maelstrom, she discovered the man had his fingers in several shady pies. Curious as to how the man reacted to veiled threats and warnings, she spoke at length with him, and gave him a morsel of helpful information. She may yet have plans for him...
  Franz Renatus ( ? ) - Pathetic Man
Edda has a long history with Franz. Being the first Garlean she ever encountered, he was quickly subjected to her extreme hate for the country, and she took out her ire and guilt on the man. Despite finding him generally distasteful, as well as potentially dangerous, Edda eventually softened her disposition to the man after being... subjected to several acts of kindness from him. Though they stand on rocky ground now, she never once forgotten the high esteem she once held him in, and has recently allowed her buried feelings towards him color her interactions with him. She is fully aware of the mask he wears and the lies he lives, and therefore does not trust him one whit. Still, she has entrusted him with an important item and a sensitive task, one she is confident he will be able to fulfill.
  Gideon North ( ) - Trusted Valet
A man Edda might by pure chance, who later proved to be entangled with events loosely related to her own. As a favor to Roen, following the disappearance of his former master Jameson Taeros, she was quick to let Gideon know of her intentions to hire him as a valet. She did not press him, allowing him instead to make his own choice. Despite some interference from the scumbag merchant Banquo, Gideon eventually agreed to work for her. She has recently distanced herself from him due to her current situation, but is still fiercely protective of him, and wishes he would take better care of himself above all else. Recently, she has become aware of the rather one-sided nature of their relationship. Though she feels great guilt in pushing him away, she does not want to involve him in something he will come to regret.
  Jameson Taeros ( ?? ) - "That Man"
An infuriatingly suave Monetarist that was introduced to her by her father - with the intention of marrying her off to him. Edda met him just once before his untimely disappearance. During his absence, she learned much about him through word of mouth, and searched for him in the hopes of finding him dead or otherwise indisposed. Now that he has returned to the realm of the living, Edda has been staying with him in Ishgard. Though the two share an interesting chemistry, exactly how she feels about him is unclear to herself, let alone others. Definitely not to others.
  Jancis Milburga ( ) - Gentle Soul
A kind woman Edda met at the Grindstone during her very first stay in Ul'dah. Though their interactions had been brief, she found the woman's words and actions to be both mysterious and soothing. Jancis has aided Edda numerous times in various different ways, and for that she is sincerely grateful. The woman's aid in introducing her to proper conjury training has been invaluable, even so much as saving her life. While she rarely admits such things, Edda trusts her implicitly. However, she finds Jancis' curious way of speaking and outlook on life to be merely a single aspect to the woman, and still wishes to know more about her.
Kage Kiryuu ( ) - The Bravest Warrior
Despite the briefest of interactions with the man, Edda has been incredibly impressed by the lalafell's immense courage and caring heart. Too caring for his own good, perhaps. She will never forget his aid during the incident with the Crows, as well as the unabashed concern and empathy he held for her and others during their subsequent meetings. Funnily enough, she had met Kage a few times during his brief stint as a miqo'te, but was never made aware of his name during those times. As such, she has not yet made the connection that they are one and the same.
  Kahn'a Ohditra ( ) - A Most Curious Man
A surefire enigma. His way of speaking is strange, being both straightforward and nearly metaphorical at times. Assuming that and his prevalent curiosity are due in part to the solitary nature of Moonkeeper males, Edda is more than happy to have a chance to speak with him, as they both stand to learn much from each other. Their original meeting was planned, as Kahn'a was given an assignment to watch over her during her forays to Ul'dah. It was a tenuous assignment at best, and one Edda is not sure still carries weight. Even then, she will probably still hold him to it.
  Kasrjin Khadai ( ? ) - Taciturn, Sometimes
An austere and imposing Xaela that Edda encountered by pure happenstance in the Black Shroud. Empathizing with his unfamiliarity with Eorzea, as well as out of partial fear for her life, Edda agreed to guide the man to Ishgard (despite not being a prime qualifier for such a task). Though she found his actions and personality distasteful at first, Khadai managed to grow on her due to his blunt nature. While he has freely agreed to fight for her in exchange for her aid, Edda cannot help but feel some measure of guilt for binding him to her, as she is quite certain he wants little to do with her.
  Leanne Delphium ( ) - Light
Having the pleasure of meeting the miqo'te relatively quickly during her first visit to Ul'dah, Edda has had a favorable impression of her since. Always kind and wearing a smile, Leanne is a true free spirit - the kind that Edda both aspires to be, and is slightly envious of. Leanne has come to her aid on numerous occasions in the past. Considering that, coupled with her ever cheerful disposition, the girl is one Edda is both extremely careful around, and fiercely defensive of. There is little she would not do for her, should she ask. Recently however, Edda has felt on edge with her...
  Memeli Meli ( ) - Trouble
Edda first met Memeli in the Quicksand when the younger girl flipped her skirt up in public. Since then, her interactions with the zany lalafell have occurred on a semi-regular basis. From being charmed into buying her a stack of rolanberry cheesecakes, to witnessing her duel with a rather irate ex-boyfriend, there is never a dull moment with Memeli. Her antics with Chachanji and Virara are particularly enjoyable to watch. The girl is quick to get herself into trouble, and though Edda acts begrudging when she aids her, or lectures her, she secretly enjoys it.
  Osric Melkire ( ) - Warning Signs
At first glance, Edda was nearly sure this man was a vagrant of some variety. After a few chance encounters, it became apparent to her that he was far more than what he seemed. She sought him out for information on Taeros' disappearance, and found his thoughts on the matter both intriguing and unsound. His actions as a man of the law landed him somewhere in the middle of her opinion, as someone who is both driven, but untrustworthy. Now that Osric is aware of her current entanglement with the man he tried kill, Edda is not quite sure how to think of it. While she does not believe he will harm her, she is unsure about everything else...
Roen Deneith ( ) - Trusting, For Now
A young woman Edda meet in Vylbrand. Her immediate impression of the paladin was entirely favorable - polite, well-spoken, and possessing a clear heart and mind. Though the two have not shared much with each other concerning their pasts, it is apparent there are some striking similarities between them, and in truth Edda thinks more highly of the woman than she will ever let on. She was more than happy to accept Roen's request of looking after the valet, Gideon, and went to (failed) lengths to see to her well-being when she was imprisoned by Taeros. Now that she has encountered the woman once more in Ishgard in two bizarre situations, Edda does not expect be seen favorably by her any longer.
  Sasha Rochester ( ? ) - Ul'dahn Stock
News of the only daughter of a wealthy Ul'dahn family being kidnapped was known to Edda even before having met the woman. To her surprise, she found Sasha quite free and happy living within Ul'dah, though not without troubles. Though her interactions with the woman have been brief, the two share a similar history that makes it far easier for Edda to share her thoughts on certain matters. Sasha is an enigma, however, and despite their similarities, there are rather stark differences as well.
  Virara Wakuwa ( ) - Severe Gaze
A foreign lalafell Edda met during her stay in Mists. She seems rather ignorant about many things and has a natural naivete about her that Edda can relate to. For better or for worse, she has been befriended by both Memeli and Chachanji. She has not much chance to speak with Virara one on one, but Edda finds the calm aura that masks something far more turbulent to be interesting.
